We have a very kind client who has a second home in Malibu and is looking for Housekeeping to work one day every other week in Malibu. (Typically two times per month.) They prefer to have help come on a Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday after they’ve been in residence for the weekend. The ideal candidate will keep a close eye on the house and will report needs (damages, low stock etc.) to the House Manager, who is based in Northern California. A super special client with a stunning Beverly Hills home is looking for a Housekeeper who can work Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm plus Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from around 9:00am to 5:30pm. Candidates should be flexible to the Principal’s needs as they sometimes vary. No pets. No children. During the week, there is another Housekeeper on hand. It will be appreciated if you are comfortable doing some LIGHT cooking. Pay is $40 hour on payroll with paid time off (6 sick days, 10 accrued vacation days, federal holidays) and health insurance. We have a great family in the Palisades who needs a 3 day a week Housekeeper. The preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours will always be guaranteed.
Duties include ironing and lots of laundry, organizing. It would be great if you have systems in place for keeping the house neat. The kids are 3.5, 5.5 and 16 years old. Lovely client just built their dream home in the Malibu Colony, it’s modern and minimalist. They are looking for an experienced, reliable and lovely housekeeper to keep their home clean and organized. You will also help with some pet care, feeding, walking and checking on their golden retriever who is elderly. Their children are grown up and no longer live at home, but do spend a lot of time here in the summers. The client is home a lot and does go in and out, so she’s around during the day. She likes to live a low key lifestyle.

Day to day responsibilities include deep cleaning, light ironing (linens go to dry cleaning,) food prep (cutting up veggies, etc.,) grocery shopping and some errands, organizing, and maintaining a home that is on the beach.

The hours will be Monday-Friday, hours will be usually be 7:30am – 3:30pm. We would love to find someone that lives in West Valley, to keep the commute reasonable.
