You might iron some clothing on occasion or go to the grocery store to pick up some milk, but for the most part the job is cleaning. Please work well on a team, and not be into drama, we want a calm and happy person.

This couple is looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and is offering $35-40 an hour, DOE + vacation/sick days/holidays.

This busy gentleman is looking for someone to live in and work as one of the team members for this gentleman. The staff consists of two housekeepers and a house manager. This new home needs a lot of attention – there is a window cleaner, but you will also be responsible for the outdoor furniture so that it iis always ready for entertaining.

Houseman Job Description:

Oversee and liaise with all vendors of the house including: Gardner, pool man, window washers, plumbers, door people, AV people etc. including overseeing their billing and scheduling and supervising them
Oversee security of the house and security system
Own the AV system and be able to work it for the owner at all times
Drive Owner of home during some evenings, wash and take care of owners vehicles
Stay at home full time to make sure the house is secure and there are no leaks/maintenance emergencies
Assist maids with daily tasks
Maintain strict confidentiality at what happens with the house
Pick up packages, prescriptions, groceries, flowers, necessary items for house and owner.
Handyman – do general repairs and maintenance at the house – light bulbs, small leaks, etc
Hands on troubleshooting HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pool/Spa, Wifi, Apple, Generator, Gate Access
