This cool young family – pregnant with their first baby in July, needs a full time wonderful housekeeper for their 8000 sq ft home in Manhattan Beach. The family travels every 2 weeks so while they are gone, you will have time to help organized different rooms for other projects to keep the house up to speed. It would be great if you know how to manage vendors if they need a service provider to come fix something. It would be great if you have worked in a home with children before and are happy to lend a hand with the baby if they ask for help.

Typical duties day to day will include laundry, deep cleaning, organizing, taking the cars to get washed, whatever is needed to keep their home a happy one! This is a Monday-Friday job, likely 8-4 or 9-5. We would love to find a housekeeper who has great references, and lives near the South Bay.

Our client is a couple (no pets; no children) seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper to work Monday–Friday from approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to stay later as needed.

Compensation is $40-$45 hour DOE on payroll, plus standard paid time off and a health insurance stipend.

This is an executive-level housekeeping role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully run home.

Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping and home organization; managing household inventory and stocking; handling packages (receiving, shipping, and returns); coordinating vendors; running errands; light cooking; ironing and steaming (including linens); and creating simple floral arrangements. Additional duties include maintaining outdoor furniture (covering uncovering), overseeing seasonal closet overhauls, and implementing organizational systems throughout the home.

We are seeking candidates with 3–5 years of recent professional housekeeping experience who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. and have excellent references. Bilingual Spanish English candidates are preferred.

Please have great attention to detail and be excited to keep their home gorgeous. The wife is retired and in and out of the house during the day. Husband goes to his office and is gone most of the day. The two little dogs are their children, so a housekeeper who loves dogs is important in this home! They have 4 dogs so there will be a lot of vacuuming. (they do shed) They like their beds changed once a week and they do want their sheets ironed. Laundry for 3 adults, but everything else is normal. This position could possibly become full time as their housekeeper is taking care of her mom and not sure when she will return. They are totally flexible to when you want to start either 7:30, 8:30 or 9. If you are full charge, it would be wonderful if you do errands, and inventory and maybe even help prep! A super special client who lives between Calabasas and Malibu is looking for a kind and detail-oriented Housekeeper who loves animals and children. She has three adorable young boys and lives on a special property shared with dogs, a horse, goats, alpacas, and chickens! It’s a peaceful, nature-filled environment with a relaxed, family-oriented vibe.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm. The role is primarily focused on housekeeping (keeping the home clean, organized, and running smoothly) along with errands and occasional support with pets. From time to time, Mom would really appreciate the flexibility to step out briefly (for example, a quick store run while the baby naps), so someone comfortable being a supportive extra set of hands is key.
