We are looking for the best, most meticulous organized housekeeper for a brand new, custom modern home in Rye. The client is extremely generous and lovely and needs a local housekeeper who can help them keep their home in pristine condition! This home is furnished with antiques, custom furniture and we need someone who understands how to clean specific types of surfaces.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Organize closets and pantries
-Press Linens & Change beds daily
-Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
-Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
-Serve formal dinners as needed
-Greet guests with tea and lemonade and water
-Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
-Help assist the chef with food prep
-Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
-Take small dog on a walk
-Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
-Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements

A very special client in Santa Monica is looking for a full-time Housekeeper who loves children. The family will move from a small home to a larger home (also in Santa Monica) in November. There are two children, ages 4 & 1 and two dogs. The schedule is 8:00am to 4:00pm or perhaps event 7:00am to 3:00pm and the family pays cash. They would LOVE to find someone who is willing to travel with them to Hawaii for up to three weeks at a time, though travel is not a deal-breaker.
