Will work Thursday – Sunday, 8:00 to 4:30. Overtime may be required. Working on holidays may be required. A vehicle is provided for running errands. A cell phone is provided for business calls, texts, and emails.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in housekeeping for HNW individuals, with the main focus on cleaning, laundry, stocking, inventory monitoring, and organizing. Involves basic household duties including washing dishes, trash removal, laundry (steaming, ironing, a thorough understanding of items that require dry cleaning, hand washing, etc), restocking/replenishing kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom items from pantry/storage, making beds, cleaning floors, and tidying and organizing closets/pantries/all other areas of the house. Because of the large number of pets in the house, they need to love pets, have no cat or dog allergies, and have a high level of awareness regarding pet safety and well-being. You will not be involved in the caring for/feeding/training of any pets- except refreshing the water bowls. However, you will be doing a lot of cleaning up after them as the pets often will go to the bathroom in the house, so you should be comfortable dealing with pets and various animal waste (the cats sometimes bring them gifts from outside, for instance).
