WE have a client on the West side looking for a person to do the following for 3 days a week.

Dusting, bed making, polishing floors, vacuuming, conditioning leather furniture, spot cleaning other furniture, window washing (within reason), replacing burned out light bulbs, light fixture dusting and cleaning.

Shopping: upkeep of pantry (paper towels/toilet paper/bottled water etc.), regular fridge food, bathroom supplies when see they’re running out. Flowers, arrange and put in vases around house. Keep track of these things and use assigned credit card.

Laundry – including clothing and bed clothes.

Deal with people who come to house: dry cleaner, plumbers, delivery people

Take Dog for walks sometimes. Buy dogfood and treats, sometimes feed.

Make sure house is okay during our trips or when we’re working long hours.

Must have car for errands
Speak decent English
Communicate any issues with the house or themselves comfortably to us.

This single woman with 6 dogs is looking for live in help Monday to Saturday. Must be very dog friendly, and be able to clean a 7000 square feet house. There will be a daily housekeeper who can come in and do the deep cleaning that you will oversee. You will also be responsible for all of the household supplies, flowers and food in the house

Looking for an energetic housekeeper who is used to working in a busy household with staff! Family has 4 kids and one big hyper lab! We want someone who is comfortable co working with our nanny and can be part of our team. We are looking for someone who is a great cook, who can plan out the meals ahead of time and bring their own recipes . We do not want a housekeeper who we have to micromanage or give recipes to for cooking. There is a deep cleaning service we use to really deep clean our home but we need help with the day to day maintenance of our 7000 square foot home. We have a car that you can use for errands and we will most likely need help with pick ups and or drop offs. Salary DOE . Tuesday – Friday 12 pm- 8 pm and Saturdays are a 12 hour day. Family pays overtime and on the books!

Warm and wonderful family in the Pacific Palisades is looking for a full-time Housekeeper to work Monday through Friday from around 7:00am to 4:00pm ish.  They have a hypo-allergenic dog, and three children who are 9, 6 & 15 months old.   The house is three levels, about 6,500 square feet.  The family may hire a part-time laundress or a second Housekeeper.  This is a Housekeeping position with some light food prep (Mom does most of the cooking) and occasional childcare (Mom is hands on and there will also be a part-time Nanny), so we are looking for someone who likes children and doesn’t mind helping out in the kitchen. We are in search of a good housekeeper in Santa Monica. This is a family of 4, with a lot of laundry, but the nanny does the kids laundry. They would love it if you take great care of the laundry and hand laundry too. It would be wonderful if you know the difference between what needs to be dry cleaned and laundered. They are quiet so if you like to talk a lot, this might not be the house for you. She would like someone energetic with ok English. The family will be back on the 28th. An awesome family is looking for a great housekeeper. The home is in Beverly Hills and is 5000 sq. ft. – 10-6 would be wonderful hours. The house is an old Spanish house that is fantastic and just redone. 5 year old daughter that would like you to be friendly. They also will be bringing their animals which are cats and dogs, so in January you will help be in charge.

We are looking for a one or two day a week Houseman for a wonderful client in Brentwood.  It’s all the typical Houseman duties such as hands on cleaning, exterior maintenance, driving, errands and more!  Pay is on the books and the preferred days are Tuesday and Thursday or Friday.  This is a wonderful job with a lovely family who pays well, and reimburses for mileage.  Please let us know if you are interested.  Thank you!
