Wonderful family in Pasadena needs a ONE day a deep clean for their 4000 square foot home. Parents are both working, kids are at school (unless it is remote) so you will be alone all day cleaning. There is a separate laundress at the house who comes one day a week. Parents are physicians and take all precautions and they expect you to take proper precautions as well. 
This is deep cleaning, not day to day tidying and no childcare or errands or cooking. One week will be deep cleaning upstairs and the next week would be deep cleaning downstairs.
