There’s a FT Houseman, a FT Housekeeper (who has been there for 10+ years) and a PT laundress. This is a position in which you will work on a TEAM. Pay is $25/hour ON THE BOOKS plus paid sick days and paid holidays. Vacation kicks in after the first year. The house is large and the cat lives in one small area so if you are only slightly allergic — you may be fine in this home. If you are highly allergic — probably not. The job requires a good deal of cleaning and the long-time Housekeeper is very specific in carrying out all duties to the particular specifications of the Lady of the house. The home is 5500 square feet there is cleaning, laundry ( basic laundry as everything fancy goes out to the dry cleaners) We really want a dog lover here as there are two small doggies who need lots of love and attention. The principal needs help with vendors, and lots of scheduling. You will be in charge of the Google calendars! Please be 100 % apple product proficient. They also have three dogs and two cats. They are looking for a Monday through Friday Housekeeper who can work from 8:30/9pm to 4:30/5pm. They pay on the books and offer health insurance, two weeks paid vacation, paid sick days and paid holidays. There is no responsibility for the pets and minimal laundry (towels only). The home is enormous — but you are not expected to clean everything every day. The main area to be aware of is the kitchen. There’s a schedule in place to tackle the rest of the home over the course of the week and the family will be hiring a second Housekeeper to help 2-3 days a week.
