Long time client is looking for a part time housekeeper who can manage this vacation home for them when they are not in residence! This is home is in Long Beach, right on the beach. Please love pets, they have a dog and a cat. The oldest child is off to college near by and may come to the house here and there. The Dad will use the house to work on his work when he needs to focus for some days or weeks at a time. They will also use the home as a family vacation spot to host friends and family, but for the most part, it’s going to be a quiet house.

Your day to day will include dusting, watering the plants, taking in the mail, checking to make sure everything works, bringing in the trash cans and taking them out and general upkeep. When they are not there, you can work any hours that work for you! If you like to start at 6am or 9am, whatever you want! The family would appreciate you being ok to come over if the alarm goes off or some weather issue needs attention as the local contact. There could be some errands to run, but very few and not often, they will reimburse for mileage if you are asked.

When the family is in residence, they would like you to work 9am -5pm. When they are not in the house, you might not need to work a full 8 hour day but they will guarantee the hours for you.

The kindest family is looking for another housekeeper to join their team! The have a lead housekeeper who works M-F starting early in the am, and this hire will work M-F, 11am-7pm.

You will help with typically deep cleaning, organizing, tidying, dusting, ironing of clothes, assisting the chef tidy up after dinner, accept packages and also help clean the family’s Malibu home about once every two weeks.

They have two school aged kids who are busy, four dogs that have a dogwalker, but this housekeeper should love both kids and dogs. The kids have a nanny and parents who are involved, but someone who loves being in a family environment is the key. You will help the dogs go in and out of the backyard, feeding and providing water, plus some belly rubs! Mom is in and out of the house during the day, and Dad works a lot.

Brentwood family with two teenage girls, an adult dog and a new puppy are looking for a Housekeeper who can cover while their beloved Housekeeper is on maternity leave. The approximate dates are September through the end of the year. The schedule is M-F from 7:30am to 4:00pm. This is a hybrid role with cleaning, driving the girls, food prep and errands. The family uses a meal-kit service, so help pulling ingredients together would be much appreciated, but you do NOT have to be a great cook to be successful in this role. There’s a car available for driving the girls and running errands. The new puppy will arrive around August 18th, so hopefully you LOVE puppies!!
