Applicants must have minimum three years previous experience in residential cleaning and should be vaccinated, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking English, and proficient in working with non-toxic cleaning products. The bulk of your time will be spent on the Malibu property, but there will be occasional needs in Brentwood, so flexibility around that will be much appreciated. The perfect candidate works well with a team, and independently. Some handyman skills are necessary, and candidates should be able to work with the gardeners as well to ensure that the property is always looking beautiful! Care for all outdoor furniture, walkways, and windows plus handling small tasks to projects as needed are also important duties. The schedule is either M-F or Tues-Sat from 9am to 5pm OR 9:30am to 5:30pm. The starting compensation is $40 hour plus medical health insurance and a state provided 401k plan. Must have a great attitude, be proactive and excellent housekeeping and communicating skills.
This job is M-F 9-5 with some flexibility.
