Our lovely and loyal client has reached out to have either one person that can manage a small, but architectural home. The home needs updating and care as the family lives in NY and they want to make sure that things are constantly being checked and re-checked. If you are an executive housekeeper and have helped manage a home, this could be perfect for you. The house probably requires a couple days of housekeeping a week and the rest management, claling vendors etc – you would be responsible for plumbing, electricity, the grounds, the sprinklers, the roof, etc. They parents or the 20 something year old kids do come to los angeles 10 x a year – so you would make sure the house is ready – inventory, some food, and some flowers.
We are also open to a housekeeper 2 x a week and a house manager that has other clients.

Our client’s wonderful housekeeper of 10 years is taking medical leave for 4-5 weeks. So we are looking for a great housekeeper who can temp while she is off!

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. The client will pay on payroll, $40 an hour DOE.

The client’s daughter is home from college and does have some guests that stay from time to time. Please have wonderful attention to detail, as she’s an entertainer and used to having her home be just right!

A wonderful family of four is looking for an executive housekeeper that likes to cook and manage a 4000 sq ft home. They are looking for someone that loves to organize and keep a home running from inventory to organizing a pantry. You will be responsible for keeping the home looking good and helping with the day worker that comes in to do deep cleaning. The kids are 9 and 12 and both parents work out of the house. You are not responsible for the kids as there is a child care provider, but you might have to pitch in once in a while to help with driving. The family eats at 6:30, very very simple dinners, so please love cooking!

Our client will be in town from July 13th through August 18th. She has two apartments in Beverly Hills. She needs help four days per week. Duties are primarily laundry, ironing, packing and unpacking and keeping closets in tip-top shape. There are three people you will be looking after — no animals.
