We are looking for a male candidate that has solid landscaping experience as most of your job will be taking care of this property. The principals would like to find a candidate who has handyman abilities and able to help with projects like patching walls, light painting changing light bulbs It would be great if you are comfortable with water features around the property. The Mr. has a car collection so please be comfortable maintaining the cars and helping to keep everything beautiful. It would be great if you able to do light plumbing and light electrical. You will also be responsible for vendors on property and working with the landscapers that have been hired by the family to finish the property.

We have a lovely family that is looking for TWO housekeepers. The house is 14,000 square feet. The family is building their dream home and will be moving mid March. The family would love to meet people early March, for a trial mid March. There are two positions available. Position #1 is for a true executive housekeeper position… this means you have experience managing and training the other housekeepers. You are able to organize the house, deep cleaning, ironing you have laundress abilities and experience being on staff with others. This candidate will work Monday- Friday 7-3 with flexibility to stay later and manage the other housekeeper who will work Monday -Friday 11 pm to 7 pm. There is deep cleaning, laundry, organization and ironing. We are looking for a team player who wants to be part of this family. Family pays on the books and will give paid vacation, sick days and paid holidays. There 4 school aged children and a senior dog.

In search for a full-time housekeeper, with amazing cleaning ability, familiar with high- end fabrics and surfaces, flower arrangements, laundry and pressing, general house management, dealing with vendors, outside repair people and gardeners, pool, etc. Shopping, errands, assisting with responsibilities of the dogs (feeding, cleaning up after them, grooming appointments, vet appointments). – Take animal out for regular exercise.

– Lift and move pets as needed
– Keep records of feeding, exercise, and medication schedule.
– Clean and disinfect pens and cages.
– Take pets to veterinarians for treatments..

– Serve as a point of contact for emergencies and urgent queries
