Two men and their dog just moved into a stunning, large loft in Downtown LA. They are searching for the perfect housekeeper who will keep their new home clean and organized two days a week.

This move really gave the couple the chance to get much more organized and put systems in place. Their wish is to have the new housekeeper be able to follow this system and maybe even organize them some more! Think, Everything has a place! It’s very important to them that you learn how they live in their new, beautiful space and that you can help maintain it just so. This couple could not be nicer and they would love for the housekeeper to be lovely too AND vaccinated and boosted and love their little dog ..

They don’t have a TON of laundry but the housekeeper will be responsible for what there is, especially laundering and changing the sheets.

Must have at least 5 years of experience in a private home, be vaccinated and boosted, have your own car and be comfortable driving to downtown. Must have excellent references too.
This is just 2 days a week. Days are flexible.
Morning Hours are flexible: 7-3, 8-4 or 9-5.

Our client’s beloved housekeeper of 25 years is retiring! She will come spend time to train you how they like their home. This couple is traveling and living their best life, sometimes they are gone for weeks or months at a time, so they need someone they really trust to watch the house, and bring in the mail. There is a lot of laundry and deep cleaning to be done, but no ironing needed! You will help put groceries away but no need to run to the market. They do not have any children in the house or pets. Also the gardeners take care of cleaning the whole outside.

This is a GREAT part time job, they would love their next housekeeper to stay as long as their last if you’re happy with them! We would like you to be vaccinated for Covid, and if you are sick, they will pay you to stay home, they don’t want to take a chance!

This schedule will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

You will have Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE off and paid.

We are looking for a dependable, hard working housekeeper who can take on all housekeeping duties for this gorgeous Beverly Hills estate. This home is large and kept very tidy. The housekeeper will be responsible for all the cleaning, laundry and ironing.
There’s also an adorable 3 lb. Chihuahua so best if you like dogs!
Must be vaccinated and boosted and have a valid drivers license and be able to drive.
You must also have at least 5 years of experience as a housekeeper with verifiable references. This couple has their staff for a very long time and they are looking for just that: someone who will stay there for a long time!
The couple is incredibly generous with the package.
$40-$45 hr. health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation and government holidays off.

We are looking for experienced housekeepers to join this team! One schedule is Monday-Friday, 12-8pm, and the other is Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. You have estate experience and a service heart. This home is busy with several dogs! You enjoy working on a team and taking care of your principals. Please have your Covid vaccines.

The client is offering $40 an hour on up, DOE + PPO Medical Insurance that is 90% covered, dental & vision. There is a simple IRA retirement plan, and 10 days of vacation, 6 sick days and 6 federal holidays. Some OT is asked, please be flexible to work extra hours as needed.
