Beautiful home in Hancock Park needs Housekeeper once per week. The family won’t be moving into the home full-time until late summer, but they are spending a little time now and again on the weekends so they do need some maintenance. It doesn’t matter which weekday the house is cleaned — it could be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Friday — and can be any hours the Housekeeper prefers so long as it’s 8 hours each week. The home is on the large side, but again — the family is only there sporadically on the weekends so not every room is used regularly. We are looking for a groundskeeper for a home in Brentwood. The groundskeeper will maintain the exterior of the property and be responsible for keeping it all in order and clean. The areas include the driveway, driveway gate, the patios and balconies with outdoor furniture, and the outdoor kitchen. You will also be responsible for the outdoor pots and raking leaves off the faux grass. Sometimes you may be asked to help the house staff if something needs lifting but mostly your duties are everything around the property. Handyman skills are a plus, great can-do attitude a MUST. Must have experience as a groundskeeper in a private home – at least 3 years please.

This is a TWO DAYS a week position. Days are flexible. In the past they have been Wednesdays and Fridays.

We are searching for an experienced, full charge housekeeper for a beautiful estate in Calabasas. The housekeeper must have at least 4 years of experience in a high end home with fine furnishings.
The right full-time housekeeper will pay great attention to detail and have a drive to do the best job possible. While the woman of the house is easy going, she would prefer to give direction once and have you run the house cleaning on your own. The weekend shift is a lot more tidying up than deep cleaning and maybe fixing a quick bite for a kid, or making a macha for a guest whose visiting or helping the nanny get the kids out the door. There are two cute little dogs that love people so hoping the new housekeeper loves dogs too!

This is the greatest client. We have known them for years, and know how nice they are to everyone who works for them. They’ve had a long time live in housekeeper who is about to retire. In a perfect world, they would find someone else who is happy to live in, that is what they are used to – BUT they are also totally open to finding a great housekeeper who will live out, but is flexible and can stay over with their dogs when they travel. The couple/family travels frequently and often, so they do need you to stay over 2-3 weeks at a time if you were to live out with this jobs. The home is beautiful and new, so they are hoping you will help them keep it that way. Daily tasks will be general cleaning, deep cleaning, tidying up after the Principals cook in the kitchen, some ironing but a lot goes to the dry cleaners, steaming items, packing/unpacking, brining in the mail, coordinating with vendors like the plumber when needed, receiving packages, and being a happy member of their team!

This position is looking for the right fit, and will take good care of you! Hourly is DOE, $35-40 an hour if live out, and live in negotiable.
