And the housekeeper will also handle some deliveries when they are working – like the occasional UPS or FedEx package that gets dropped off. We are looking for a wonderful and dedicated House Man who can manage a property that is 6 acres. We are looking for a male candidate that has solid landscaping experience as most of your job will be taking care of this property. The principals would like to find a candidate who has handyman abilities and able to help with projects like patching walls, light painting changing light bulbs It would be great if you are comfortable with water features around the property. The Mr. has a car collection so please be comfortable maintaining the cars and helping to keep everything beautiful. It would be great if you able to do light plumbing and light electrical. You will also be responsible for vendors on property and working with the landscapers that have been hired by the family to finish the property.
