We have a wonderful family with a brand new beautiful home that is in need of a meticulous, organized person that can handle a 10,000 sq ft home. The family has 3 kids, 2 dogs, a nanny and a person to do the laundry and ironing. This will be straight cleaning and organizing! They are comfortable with an 8 hour day, but would love to ask if you can stay to help if they are having a dinner party. We are looking for a very full charge housekeeper that can deal with a gorgeous busy property. Having a thick skin is the most important part of the job, and it is important that you have worked in a staffed home. This is truly only housekeeping -detailed housekeeping! The staff has been there a long time, so it is also important that you get along with people and can take direction. You might have to get up on a ladder, and because the property is really large, there is a lot of walking. There is a darling labradoodle. the job is 9-5, Monday – Friday with 6 paid holidays, 401 K option, 3 sick days and 2 weeks paid vacation. There is no medical benefits. We would love someone that has a great attitude. 25 an hour on the books.

This family is in need of one day a week person. It is necessary to keep this house clean, run the water, make sure there are no lights out. Maintain the home so that when the clients arrive, the house is somewhat ready. When they are in town, (once a year for a month) there will be some ironing.
