This family is in need of one day a week person. It is necessary to keep this house clean, run the water, make sure there are no lights out. Maintain the home so that when the clients arrive, the house is somewhat ready. When they are in town, (once a year for a month) there will be some ironing. There is also a poodle, so please be ready to like dogs.

The job starts when the family moves permanently in the beginning of March, but the client would like to meet while she’s in town on February 9th. This is a couple with grown children and no pets. Their long-time Housekeeper will be coming to LA to help them unpack and will train the new Housekeeper. The home is very large, but everything is brand new and very little of the house will actually be lived in. Duties are ironing and cleaning, plus errands. They would love to find a meticulous Housekeeper who doesn’t rush through her work and knows how to take care of beautiful things. Pay is $25/hour on the books. No cooking required. The schedule is open for the right person — 10am to 6pm would be fine — or earlier if that’s what the Housekeeper prefers. The current Housekeeper has been with the family for ten years. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a wonderful team. Family with three large dogs is looking for an efficient self starter with strong cleaning skills. We would love if you can come through this house and be able to know how to deep clean it and what area needs the most attention. It going to be more about cleaning than anything else e.g. bathrooms, kitchen, thorough cleaning of the floors, outside patios etc.…. Laundry is done by the nanny and mom but you should be ok with tag teaming with that as needed too. Of course the person has to like dogs and kids! The family really wants Mondays and Thursdays but would be happy with Tuesdays and Thursdays as well !
