The houseman will do minor non trade specific repairs, exterior cleaning of windows, fixtures, gate fences and furniture, sweeping patio areas and walkways .There will also be hand washing of cars. Family will guarantee 8 hours per day, family will pay cash OR on the books.
Family is looking for 3 – 5 years experience as a houseman with the ability to help with any and all repairs, painting patching and minor electrical /plumbing issues.
