The house is run like a 5 star hotel which means they want someone who loves to set a gorgeous table, loves to play with dishes, knows how to serve and maybe even make a drink. The family has 2 housekeepers in the morning, so the house is usually up to snuff when you arrive at noon. You. might have to iron some napkins, or help with the rest of the laundry if it is not done. Please be detail oriented! Please let us know if you are interested!

Our lovely down to earth client is looking for someone to do all the cleaning, family laundry, and who loves being in a family home as they have three children. The full time Nanny and Mom handle all of the children needs, but we are looking for a housekeeper who loves children and can be kind to them. Would be amazing if you can chop fruit and veggies, help with groceries and keep the kitchen organized when time allows. Must be vaccinated and boosted for Covid.

We placed their last housekeeper who has loved working with them but she’s moving on to start a business, so they are looking for her replacement. All is ending on great terms. We are looking for a trustworthy, detail oriented, team player to help our lovely clients. They have been evacuated from their home in Brentwood, and need help on the 21st to clean up before they come home. You will work with their other housekeeper, and personal assistant to help take down holiday decorations and clean up the home.

There could potentially be some heavy lifting, so someone is comfortable moving boxes, etc. but mostly they need someone who can take direction and be efficient but also use caution since the decorations are delicate.

The hours will be 9am – 5pm.

Wonderful elderly lady with a balance problem needs someone that is understanding that she might need some help. She can not really pick things up off the floor. We would love someone that is conscious and empathetic. The condo is on the beach so it is so easy to keep clean. There is a chef that comes in, but would love someone that is thoughtful and will make her lunch, or maybe even a cappuccino! She has a tiny little dog that means the world to her, so you must love dogs. You will be responsible for marketing, and errands, and returns. This position is for a wonderful housekeeper assistant.
Salary is negotiable, She does give money for gas. Health insurance is negotiable. Hours are 10:30 -5:30

This is a wonderful family, very respectful and lovely! It’s a happy home with relaxed but organized personalities, just about 5000 square feet. The parents both work and are in and out of the house, and the two teenagers are mostly at school all day. They have three dogs (frenchies and a golden retriever!) are home all day, and love a good belly rub.

The husband is very particular when it comes to a clean and organized home, so we are looking for someone as OCD as he is 🙂 You should be someone who takes pride in how clean your baseboards are! Also so important to have someone with good, happy energy – someone who understands the workplace is not where you will bring your own personal issues to harp on. The wife wants happy energy all around the home, it is her most important request!

You will be in charge of cleaning, laundry, helping with the dogs, etc. There is a great Personal Assistant House Manager you will coordinate with, and they also have a lovely Chef who is there full time. It’s a tight knit, small staff, with a casual feel – no uniforms here.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Rarely do they ask you to stay late or come early, less than a handful a year! The Family is offering $40 an hour plus help with health insurance! If you ever want to house dogsit while they travel, it would be a bonus but is not a deal breaker.
