This position will include keeping the house in good order, cleaning outdoor furniture and fixtures, light cooking of occasional meals, ironing sheets, polishing silver, assisting with parties and overall organizing and overseeing vendors. We are looking for someone who has 3-5 years of solid in home experience with a private family as the sole household housekeeper.
The schedule will be
Mondays 8 am – 4 pm,
Tuesdays 6:45 am – 2:45 pm
Wednesdays 8 am – 4 pm
Thursdays 8 am – 4 pm
Fridays 8 am – 4 pm

This is such a great position for a wonderful client! We are looking for a great executive housekeeper who is excited to join a wonderful team, and stay long term. The workdays will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, usually 9-5.
 
You will be joining a team of two additional housekeepers who are hardworking, warm, and great to be around + a groundskeeper/handyman. The new position will be based in primarily in West Hollywood with an occasional day in the Malibu home. 
 
You will be supporting the Principal, and his girlfriend, who live together. You will be in charge of cleaning, laundry, running errands, unpacking and packing for trips. You will keep the house stocked, order items on Amazon, grocery shop, manage vendors when needed, serve and clean up for lunch meetings, make a smoothie, bring in the mail, all the normal Executive Housekeeper duties!

The Principal is always the priority, but his girlfriend does need help as well, so it’s about finding balance in your workday.

If you would like to housesit, that would be great, if not, they have other people who can do it – just a bonus, and an extra way to make money!
 
Job responsibilities, in addition to cleaning the home:
-Small grocery runs
-Coordinating dry cleaning pick-ups, tracking which clothes are going to the dry cleaner, confirming that all clothes came back
-Maintaining the organized systems in the home
-Packing and unpacking
-Letting the house manager know when household supplies are running low
-Heating precooked meals.  The chef makes and delivers meals a few times a week; the housekeeper will be asked to reheat something in the oven and then plate it
-Greeting guests, offering coffee
-Setting up for lunch meetings, clearing the area after
 
Candidate Requirements:
-Most important are being discreet, keeping boundaries, and being honest
-At least three years’ experience working for a high-profile person
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Team Player
-Must be comfortable with dogs (two full-grown huskies).  May be asked to feed them in the morning when they get to work.  Will not be responsible for any other dog duties—no walking, etc.
-Must have verifiable references from recent positions
