We are helping an incredibly kind and generous family find a top notch executive housekeeper for their 10k sq foot home. They are in residence 6 weeks out of the year, so they really need someone who is an excellent self starter and can work with little direction. There is a property manager that you will report to and work with if there are any issues with the home (leaks, something is not working, etc). When the family is in residence, please be flexible to work the holidays they are there and on the weekends. They will be sure to give you time off in exchange for working a holiday or on the weekend. There are small children that come to visit, so please be kid friendly! They are looking for someone who has experience in homes that are not the primary residence. Please know how to create a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule. About the Role

This position is for a private chef in Half Moon Bay for the summer. The chef will be responsible for preparing meals for a pescatarian client and his kids, as well as hosting dinner parties and engaging with visitors at the ranch.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh and healthy meals with an emphasis on easy preparation.
Engage with the client in the kitchen, maintaining a light and easy-going atmosphere.
Host dinner parties and ensure hospitality for visitors.
Focus on health consciousness, except for Tuesday nights, which are designated for taco nights.

Qualifications

Must have references from estates or Michelin restaurants.

Required Skills

Experience in preparing pescatarian meals.
Strong hospitality skills.
Ability to engage with clients and guests in a friendly manner.

Preferred Skills

Experience with meal preparation for families.
Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques.
