You will be the right hand to this inspirational speaker – handling her engagements, booking her interviews, helping with the production of the podcasts and more!! These beautiful offices are in Irvine, but you might be driving between their home in irvine and Dana Point, so please have a car! (of course you will be reimbursed!). You will be the first line of triage for emails, texts and DM’s ensuring your boss only sees whats necessary. There could be travel as she has many speaking engagements, and you will be responsible for that also – having backup plans (leaving nothing to chance). You will be responsible for making sure the guests are comfortable, and you have ease in speaking with anyone from high profile to the street sweeper!! You are uber organzied, a problem solver, great with calendars, you are flexible and upbeat and excited about where the company is going. There is growth and excitement in this unique company, and you are on the ground floor making it happen! You have high standards and an engaging personality with great references!

Hours – completely flexible (along w some travel and some events at night)

We are a warm and energetic family in Laguna Niguel seeking a proactive and nurturing Mommy’s Helper Family Assistant to support our household and help care for our two energetic boys (ages 1 and 3), with a third baby boy arriving in January.
 
This hybrid role blends childcare, household support, and light home management — perfect for someone who’s organized, playful, and enjoys working in a family environment where every day is a little different.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
• Childcare support for our 1- and 3-year-old boys (and newborn come January), including play, activities, feeding, and helping with naps
• Light household duties such as tidying common areas, dishes, restocking essentials, and general organizing
• Meal prep for the kids when necessary (mainly snacks, breakfast and lunch)
• Errands might include post office, dry cleaning, local pickups (if you drive) and occasional groceries
• Organizational help — rotating kids’ clothes toys, managing incoming outgoing items, and prepping for baby #3
• Acting as a true partner to mom in the day-to-day rhythm of the home

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily at the residence or the office (20 minutes from residence).

A prestigious 8-acre estate in Nassau, Bahamas is seeking an experienced property management couple or a strong solo manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the family’s large private residence. The current Domestic Couple will soon be retiring from active management and the owners need reliable, discreet professionals to maintain the property year-round and prepare it for visits, which occur about eight times annually, primarily around holidays. (Christmas Day is off!)

Responsibilities include managing maintenance and technical issues such as plumbing and sump pumps, overseeing two full-time handymen and two housekeepers, property administration to handle interior and administrative tasks, and liaising with the family office that manages accounting, HR, legal, and payroll. The role requires strong engineering skills, vendor management, and the ability to maintain impeccable standards of hospitality and privacy when the family is in residence. Visa sponsorship will be provided, as Bahamian work permits can be complex.

The family values privacy and uses the office as a buffer.

The estate features multiple structures, and clubhouse facilities within an HOA.

Housing offered is a well appointed private 3-bedroom home on the property.

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 for a solo manager and up to $200,000plus for a couple, with relocation assistance provided. The position should be filled before the holidays.
