This family is looking for a wonderful housekeeper who can work full time, Monday-Friday. They will guarantee 40 hours a week, the schedule will vary, so we need someone really flexible. The earlier days will be 7:30am -3:30pm and the later days will be 11am-7pm. This will be on payroll, $36-40 an hour, DOE. No health insurance.

The family is offering 10 paid days of vacation a day, 7 paid Federal holidays (New Year Day, MLK, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas,) and 6 paid sick days.

This family has three teenagers and no pets.

The family needs help with tidying, deep cleaning, ocasional ironing but they mostly send out to the dry cleaner, cooking basic family meals likes salads and roast chicken from a recipe and grocery shopping. They have an extra car you can use to run your errands or they will reimburse for mileage if you use your own car. They would also like help picking up the kids from school.

We have a wonderful position in the Palisades for a local housemanager or estate manager with a keen eye for detail and formality. It is important that you understand old world etiquette, discretion and humility.

This is a gorgeous 4 acre property that needs a good pair of eyes on the property and the staff. The gardeners know the property fairly well, so the estate manager just needs to oversee the housekeepers. The family uses the property for guests and events, so hospitality background would be helpful. They need someone that will be able to direct the traffic when guests are on property. They are looking for someone proactive not reactive!You need a keen eye for detail and need to understand the workings of a beautiful property – checking everything to keep it going from the lights, to the hvac, to the washing machines etc.

Job Description:
Administrative Duties
• Manage professional and personal calendar accurately and booking appointments in multiple cities and time zones in a timely manner; communicating with meeting participants and setting up Zoom to Microsoft Teams meetings, and in persons
• Ensure CEO has all materials she will need to be prepared ahead of meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, rental car, managing budget and miles points (occasionally for family)
• Support her preparation for meetings or events through research
• Project manage CEO’s to do lists, prioritizing with input from the team, and managing up ensuring timely completion of her work flow; ensure CEO has time scheduled for writing and review
• Review and manage multiple email accounts; replying to correspondence where possible, looping in other team members, proactively scheduling meetings required, etc.
• Update CRMs (Hubspot to Outlook) in real time
• Log CEO’s time sheets daily
• Communicate and interface with the company’s New York office, clients, and vendors
• Process professional and personal mail
• Occasionally support the Directors and VP through booking travel and scheduling

Finance Duties
• Track and process CEO’s professional and personal expense reports in Expensify and other applications
• Interface with Finance Manager Bookkeeper
• Request estimates, and approving bills against estimates

Miscellaneous
• Request estimates from vendors and occasionally supervise vendors at home regarding repairs or deliveries
• Run personal errands
• Place online orders and process any returns

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned

Required Qualifications to Attributes:
• Seeking a candidate that truly enjoys being the right hand of a busy executive
• Discretion, and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information and operations
• Proactive, supporting CEO by taking next step, while being judicious
• Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while working under pressure
• Must exhibit excellent judgment and flexibility and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities, establishing and meeting deadlines
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to always exercise tact and discretion
• Impeccable client service skills and telephone manner
• Familiarity and or hands on experience, or desire to learn CRM (Hubspot), time tracking (Harvest), and expense tracking (Expensify)
• Excellent administrative skills and Mac computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML language
• Comfortable working remotely while continuing efficiency
• Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience in an extremely fast-paced environment
• BA BS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education experience

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PT and very occasionally available after hours by text or phone.

Family would love to find someone who loves young children… the girls are 5 and 3 years old. There is some upcoming travel (mostly domestic) and the hours are 1-8 Monday – Friday, however they may also need baby sitting at night or stay with the girls when the parents travel. The parents have two trips coming up one with the girls and one without. The girls are in camps during the day but will be needing an energetic nanny to help with play dates, pick ups, and drop off’s. This is one of our kindest and most respectful clients! Both Mom and Dad are Doctors, so they are busy taking care of patients, and in surgery for most of the day. They need a smart, humble, kind, organized and safe drive to help shuttle their children around. They’ve had the same nanny for 10 years, who they love, but she’s leaving childcare and trying a new career. Luckily, their current nanny loves them so much, she’s going to stay on to train whoever is lucky enough to be hired for this family next!

The schedule is Monday-Friday, usually 10:30am-6:30 7pm. They do not have pets, and do not need you to travel. The most important parts of the job are grocery shopping, cooking a nutritious but not gourmet dinner for the children, safely driving them around to afterschool activities, and acting as a their parent who can help keep the schedule organized, go to doctor appointments and generally be a lovely representative for the family. The youngest goes to school in Pasadena, 6th grade -so a pick up in the family Minivan is needed in the afternoon and some driving to activities. The two older teens are in school in Studio City, some bus pick ups for them and shuttling to activities will be needed for these children. The oldest is about to get their drivers license, so this will soon transition to driving only for 2.

The family is offering $40 an hour, DOE plus help to cover your health insurance, 2 week paid vacation, sick days, paid holidays, and a NANNY CAR, so no wear on your own car!

Please comfortable driving a Minivan, have your updated vaccines, a great positive attitude, enjoy working on a team (the family has a housekeeper and Personal Assistant also there daily,) and excellent references. You will also need to pass a background check, and have a clear driving record. We would love to see that you have a college degree from an excellent University as this family is very academically motivated. We would love to know that you are great at keep busy families on task, and can make sure homework gets done, the sports bags are packed, and the children are fed!

We are looking for a very special nanny who would love to spend her days and evenings with some pretty cool kids (9 and 5) in a pretty beautiful setting. The day would start at 10 am or noon and stay through the evening. They would also love a date night once a week. When the kids are at school the nanny could help organize the house a little. They have deep cleaners come twice a week but you know, kids can be messy so the house would need a little love. The nanny would also stock the kitchen and pick up some groceries.
There are some errands to run occasionally and some light meal prepping for the kids.

The nanny will do everything kid-related including school pick ups and driving them to activities. Mostly the nanny will be in charge of keeping the kids busy and engaged. They are looking for someone who is unflappable. A nanny who will be able to hold her own and be loving and kind and fun with the kids. A patient person who can be calm and direct. AND a very creative person who can think on their feet is ideal.

Both parents work from home and would love it for the nanny to keep the kids busy. They really want this new person to become part of their family and really fold in nicely. And whoever they choose will be so lucky because this family is so lovely.

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a nanny and have had experience in keeping homes organized and tidy.

Schedule is flexible but the nanny must be too.
M-F 10-6 or 12-8 with a date night one night a week and possibly a few hours on a Saturday
