We are looking for a discreet meticulous and organized Estate Manager who presents beautifully for a high profile couple in BH. Applicant should be a self-starter who understands service, and has excellent boundaries. Prior experience managing staff and vendors (negotiation skill-set) is a MUST. We are looking specifically for TECH SAVVY candidates who understand household mechanics such as smart home technology, complicated audio-visual water and solar systems, keyless entry and more. Candidates should also have excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel etc … ) as there’s a sizable EA component to this role. Interested parties should have the most up-to-date organization app, and should know how to catalog e-mails, file attachments and schedule-schedule-schedule. While we are at it — event planning skills are a plus! We are looking for a RESOURCEFUL candidate who knows how to formulate maintenance schedules and can identify, delegate and manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines. Our client seeks demonstrated LEADERSHIP and time-management capabilities. Applicants should be highly skilled note takers who will THINK things through and troubleshoot before looking outside for help. Any Virgos out there?! We want to see OCD level organization skills! Former high profile exposure is also critical to success in this role. Position requires some heavy lifting. Pay is in the $120k range plus PTO and benefits. We are working with the nicest clients in the Pasadena area! Both Mom and Dad are busy running their businesses and need a great Personal Assistant to keep their personal, family and home lives running smoothly. They have a teenager at home, and another in college. Everyday is different, and we are looking for an assistant who loves variety, is extremely organized and truly takes pride in taking care of people.

Parents are a musician host and an interior designer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to home organization, dog walking, travel planning, calendar management and handling small repairs as well as coordinating vendors for larger tasks.

One principal is a musician host, who will need support coordinating various aspects of intermittent music projects and associated social media (rudimentary photo editing and video editing skills for social media is a plus.) The interior designer will need support with picking up and transporting supplies, including design materials and furniture.

We would like to see at least 2plus years of professional Personal Assistant experience before we will consider your resume for this client. Please also be tech savvy, comfortable with Google Suite, researching online, and be just as happy organizing a closest as you are booking a multi destination luxury travel itinerary. You will also be asked to help with some driving forthe teenage

We are looking for someone who is able to prioritize and multitask, has excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Please love dogs, and be able to lift 50 pounds. We would like to see that you have a four door car you can use for work, with a sizable trunk that can fit a lot of groceries.

Ideally, you live close by on the Eastside of LA and are ready to get working!

This client is offering $35 an hour DOE, 10 days of paid vacation, sick days, major federal holidays off and paid, and an allowance to use towards your health insurance. Your schedule will typically be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, but we would love if you the flexibility to come a little earlier to stay later when needed.

Lovely Single Gentleman in Beverly Hills is looking for a FLEXIBLE Butler-Houseman. Duties are a hybrid mix of physical work around the property (cleaning cars, organizing pool to outdoor furniture, cleaning railings to balconies, organizing garage to cabinets, helping housekeepers) and Butlering (welcoming to serving guests, carrying luggage, assisting at dinner parties). Some days you will start at 8am or 9am and other days, you may start and end later, i.e. 1pm to 9pm. The Principal’s home is set-up with service seven days a week from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Estate Manager will be sure you have two consecutive days off and are not overworked, but this employer requires FLEXIBILITY to work as needed, including holidays to weekends. Travel to Montana or New York is a possibility. All travel expenses are covered, you will be given private accommodations and be paid an overnight fee.
