It doesn’t get better than this! The nicest couple in the south bay is looking for an estate manager to streamline their lives and manage their multiple properties (Pasadena, Montana, Cabo San Lucas, NY, South Carolina).

We are looking for an experienced estate manager who has a can-do attitude and who can trouble shoot anything that comes up from up close and afar. The principals are casual and friendly but have high expectations and standards. They like order and organization so meticulous attention to detail is a must. The right estate manager will be able to handle everything from fixing the HVAC system to stocking their vacation homes and preparing them for the family’s arrival. Coordinating with house managers at two of their properties will be part of the job as well as managing the staff in their full time residence. The housekeeping staff has been with this family for years and they want to keep it this way. The perfect estate manager will be HANDS ON and be willing to lend a hand wherever and whenever is needed and be an excellent team player. Everyone is respectful and respected and this MUST stay the same for anyone coming in.

You must be self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills and detailed follow through. You will create and keep a log of scheduled maintenance for everything required to keep their homes in tip top shape. The family is looking for someone who is easy going and can handle things changing. Here “anything can happen at any given day”.

This position is based out of Manhattan Beach with occasional travel to other properties. We are seeking a professional driver and butler for a businessman who travels abroad often. This posittion is for a professional individual who is polished, has an excellent driving record and at least 3 years of experience working in a private home as a butler and driver. The principal travels at least 3 months out of the year and would like his driver with him. When he entertains or has guests in his home, the butler will often greet and serve drinks, etc. The butler must have great attention to detail and be willing to help out the household staff when needed. This role requires that you are on call to the principal and professional in every aspect, so flexibility is key. Fluency in French would be ideal and an impeccable service ethic is a must.
