It doesn’t get better than this! The nicest couple in the south bay is looking for an estate manager to streamline their lives and manage their multiple properties (Pasadena, Montana, Cabo San Lucas, NY, South Carolina).

We are looking for an experienced estate manager who has a can-do attitude and who can trouble shoot anything that comes up from up close and afar. The principals are casual and friendly but have high expectations and standards. They like order and organization so meticulous attention to detail is a must. The right estate manager will be able to handle everything from fixing the HVAC system to stocking their vacation homes and preparing them for the family’s arrival. Coordinating with house managers at two of their properties will be part of the job as well as managing the staff in their full time residence. The housekeeping staff has been with this family for years and they want to keep it this way. The perfect estate manager will be HANDS ON and be willing to lend a hand wherever and whenever is needed and be an excellent team player. Everyone is respectful and respected and this MUST stay the same for anyone coming in.

You must be self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills and detailed follow through. You will create and keep a log of scheduled maintenance for everything required to keep their homes in tip top shape. The family is looking for someone who is easy going and can handle things changing. Here “anything can happen at any given day”.

This position is based out of Manhattan Beach with occasional travel to other properties. She still drives, but having a Housekeeper/Companion who can drive her will be helpful. This is a full-time housekeeping role with cooking and companionship in addition to all the typical duties (laundry, ironing, errands, pet care etc.). It would be IDEAL to have someone live-IN which is what our client is accustomed to, but she is also open to having a live out helper come M-F from around 9:00am to 5:00pm. The job will be typically from 8:30-4:30 Monday – Friday – you will be responsible for walking their 5 family homes (small homes) to make sure the vendors are taking care of them properly, overseeing and getting prices for construction, handling maintenance, overseeing the 3 part time housekeepers. Other then the property management, you will also be asked to drive the gentleman to the airport once a month, and possibly to dinner 2 x a month. this is an early drive between 6 and 8. We are seeking an incredibly professional and polished driver with butler experience and impeccable decorum for a busy Entrepreneur in Beverly Hills who travels half of the year. This is a full time position with a lot of travel. The job commitment will vary from few hours a week to 40 hours a week to 90 hours a week – all depending on the whereabouts of the principal and the part of the world where you will be working. You will receive overtime and double time when applicable. You will be traveling with the principal to Saint-Tropez, UK, Switzerland, Italy, France, and Australia.

When in Los Angeles, weekdays usually start at 11am and ending time vary.
Saturdays start after lunch and go into the evening and Sundays are usually off.
When in Saint Tropez the daily schedule is roughly 11am-11:30pm.

Flexibility is key and very important that this driver/butler collaborate well with the team (the chef, housekeepers and assistant). We are looking for someone who is honest, dignified, discreet and trustworthy. Someone who will have a natural and professional rapport with the principal as you will be his right hand person. Finally the principal is seeking someone who has extensive high-end hospitality experience and speaks French (other languages a plus!).
