We are looking for the premier Right Hand Executive Assistant for our client who runs several successful businesses (writing, producing, licensing,) in the music industry! He is non stop from morning until night and needs an incredibly detailed Executive Assistant who can prioritize and organize his professional life. Our client is also a husband and father to a young toddler, so helping him keep track of important family milestones are a wish! We want the assistant who keeps his business life running so smoothly, and cares to make sure his personal life is organized though it’s a small part of the job.
You are known for anticipating your bosses needs, are a fantastic communicator, are excited by the music industry and are looking to be a true partner to your next boss. You will be the life coordinator to make sure it all goes well!
This position is typically Monday-Friday, 8/9-5/6, plus emails/texts after hours as needed. A new office is being built in Frogtown (East LA,) and you will get to work from that gorgeous creative office as well as times going to your new CEO’s home in Studio City. Some weeks you’ll be in person 5 days a week, and some weeks in person 3 days a week. Our client wants a confident person who can manage themselves and knows where to be and when. You are tech savvy, comfortable on Microsoft Office, PCs, MAC, and dog friendly.
