This is a wonderful client we have helped for many years now! You will work closely with the most respectful Estate Manager, and they have a great staff – housekeepers, nannies and chef, that you will work closely with as well. The family is private and kind. They have young children in the home, and dogs, please enjoy that vibrant environment.

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. $40-45 an hour, plus health insurance stipend, a month and paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Mostly in Hidden Hills, some days at their beach home in Malibu.

We need someone with strong a mechanical, plumbing, and electrical background.

Our lovely clients live in Bel Air and have had their housekeepers for many many years. They now seek an experienced Housemen to help with interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance. Seeking a houseman who is capable, hard working and has exceptional attention to detail. Some of the duties will be to support the ladies working in the house. The perfect houseman will be able to climb a ladder when needed or help with the heavier things that need lifting, the muscle work so to speak. There is vacuuming and polishing of crystal as well as raking the tennis court and cleaning outdoor furniture. The houseman will need to learn how to set an alarm or answer the phone. Occasionally the
houseman will also be asked to run errands here and there and maybe greet vendors when no one is home. This generous couple wants someone capable with good judgment and willing to lend a hand, take direction and be proactive. A houseman with ‘no job is too big and no job is too small’ attitude will work well in this house and having a lovely, calm demeanor will go a long way. Basically, the houseman should be fully capable with all housecleaning duties including vacuuming, and serving but also be able to to substitute for a house manager when needed. There are no kids and no pets in the home.
This is a Monday – Friday position
9-5, but hours can be flexible.
$35-$45 DOE
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a private home, speak English and have a car.

Purpose:
Your primary responsibilities involve the exercise of independent judgment in managing the Principal’s needs and supporting all facets of the Principal’s contacts. You will work directly with the Principal and very closely with the Estates Manager. You will be an integral part of the house management team and the conduit to the Principal for all internal and external entities.  In addition, you will be responsible for managing the calendar and all of the day-to-day duties. You must be proactive and able to communicate effectively to the Principal and the wider team at all times.

The position will include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
•       Coordinate all aspects of Principal’s work, projects, family life and calendar
•       Working directly with Principal to plan, develop, present and guide projects through from ideation to completion
•       Assist with deliverables and manage deadlines from many sources both internal and external
•       Assist with all aspects of Principal’s art projects: including but not limited to: Art Studios, communications with legal teams and the movement of Art both nationally and internationally
•       Research and manage the Principal’s various diverse projects as needed
•       Coordinate and assist with all Foundation initiatives
•       Acting liaison between all contacts and the Principal
•       Managing and coordinating the daily calendars of Principal: holistic overview of calendar at all times
•       Planning appointments and events: coordination of all calendared events from beginning to end and all that they encompass
•       Act as the point of contact between Principal and Employees, Family and external Associates
•       Create regular reports and communicate all to Principal and Estates Manager
•       Liaise and work closely with Prinicpal’s travel team and manage all internal Family Office travel communications
•       Coordinate and manage cargo and luggage coming on and off aircrafts and boat
•       Coordinate Family and Guest plans, convey to appropriate parties when traveling, or at home, and direct the wider team in making/finalizing plans
•       Coordinate with Principal’s team on all Family gifting: direct and manage the implementation of annual gifting
•       Manage Principal’s phone calls, emails and text communication: streamline systems
•       Respond promptly to Principal’s and Managers’ queries
•       Facilitate internal communication between all departments as needed
•       Clear communication of new standards, resources and inventories to entire management team
•       Direct IT team on support and implementation of Principal’s IT needs
•       Facilitate and contribute ideas to the organization in any way in which we might improve
•       Travel as needed

One of our favorite clients is looking for a temporary housekeeper for two weeks and a day, from April 3 to April 14 M-F. Their housekeeper is going on vacation! You will be working along side another housekeeper who knows the ropes so you wont be left in the dark. The temporary housekeeper must have at least 5 years of experience working as a housekeeper and verifiable references. This couple has two homes – one in Brentwood and one in Malibu. You will clean the Malibu house once a week with the other housekeeper and the rest of the time stay at the Brentwood property. The temporary housekeeper will be responsible for all general cleaning duties. There is not a lot of laundry and no cooking for this time. A sweet dog lives with the couple too so must be okay with dogs. Must be vaccinated and boosted.
