We have a wonderful family looking for a career nanny for their darling 11 month old boy. The schedule is Monday -Friday 12 hours per day. This is a staffed home and there is another nanny that has been with the family for over 7 years ! This nanny is with the older sibling!
Family is willing to pay hourly on the books with overtime after 9 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week. In addition the family would like someone who can engage and do it all for their little one. Amazing and loving family in Brentwood is looking for a terrific full-time Housekeeper. The housekeeper works Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm range with flexibility to work later on an as-needed basis. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and willing to help in the kitchen with preparing simple meals or helping prep them. We are also looking for someone who loves dogs. There is a little hypoallergnic doggie that you will love and even bathe twice a week. You will not be needed for childcare, but just making sure the family schedules are synced and Mom and Dad both know where the twins are, and if the parents need to join. We need an organizational and personal wizard!
The schedule is usually, Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm in the home office, plus overtime hours as needed. Hourly rate is $40-50 an hour DOE, plus OT and health insurance, and PTO.

Beautiful home in Hancock Park needs Housekeeper once per week. The family won’t be moving into the home full-time until late summer, but they are spending a little time now and again on the weekends so they do need some maintenance. It doesn’t matter which weekday the house is cleaned — it could be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Friday — and can be any hours the Housekeeper prefers so long as it’s 8 hours each week. The home is on the large side, but again — the family is only there sporadically on the weekends so not every room is used regularly. The baby will soon need more attention as she grows and mom is excited to have the Nanny be a very important part of her development. Our lovely client is a couple we have known for years and have had the pleasure of helping. They just moved into a gorgeous new home, and they need someone great to help them run it! They are now empty nesters, so no young children or Nannies are in the house. They do have three dogs who are a huge part of the family.
The role has two parts: Personal Assistant and House Manager for their small staff of a housekeeper and part time Chef. You are someone that loves walking the property to makes sure everything is working, scheduling maintenance, creating and updating a house manual, and making sure the house is running in tip top shape!
The other part of the role is a high functioning Personal Assistant. You will manage all doctors and personal appointments, handle all scheduling, shopping returns, packing, travel bookings, and more.
We would love someone that has been an Executive Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant that has also done house management. This is not a huge formal home that needs a separate manager, so we need someone that enjoys wearing a few different hats and can pivot during the day.
This is a kind and respectful client. Most weeks you are needed Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. There is great work life balance here, and the clients have a great history of long term happy employees working for them.
The right person is loyal, positive, tech savvy, curious, really cares about taking care of people, and understands how to anticipate needs, and takes pride in leaning habits and preferences.

We are looking for a groundskeeper for a home in Brentwood. The groundskeeper will maintain the exterior of the property and be responsible for keeping it all in order and clean. The areas include the driveway, driveway gate, the patios and balconies with outdoor furniture, and the outdoor kitchen. You will also be responsible for the outdoor pots and raking leaves off the faux grass. Sometimes you may be asked to help the house staff if something needs lifting but mostly your duties are everything around the property. Handyman skills are a plus, great can-do attitude a MUST. Must have experience as a groundskeeper in a private home – at least 3 years please.
This is a TWO DAYS a week position. Days are flexible. In the past they have been Wednesdays and Fridays.
$40 hr (16 hours a week)
