Searching for the most fabulous Malibu housekeeper for NICE NICE people. The home is 4,000 sq feet in Point Dume. The perfect housekeeper will be lovely and capable with at least 5 years of experience in a private home. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the home in tip top shape, laundry and some ironing. They have two big loving dogs who would not need your attention – only a petting if you like dogs… It would be fantastic if their new housekeeper can run an errand or two – like picking up dry cleaning or dropping something off. And the housekeeper will also handle some deliveries when they are working – like the occasional UPS or FedEx package that gets dropped off. This couple wants a lovely, kind and respectful person to be in their home because that’s who they are. Although the family wants TWO ROTA nannies, this is not a live in position unless the family needs the nanny to travel with them or sleep over with the kids. The 7 day on/off schedule will likely be Monday to Monday 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The babies have their last bottle at 6:30 p.m. and you can leave after you have washed the bottles. The family uses an app called baby connect and you will log how the kids ate and slept etc. This family will pay properly, on the books with help with health insurance, sick days and paid holidays. Please note: We are only looking at nannies who are based in Los Angeles already with a place to live, car etc. Must be covid vaccinated, flu shots etc. Must be legal to work in the US, travel internationally, drive and have a car. • Booking travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Tracking home and office supplies and restocking as needed
• House management duties including interfacing with house staff, third-party vendors, and bookkeepers
• Running errands including grocery shopping, school pickups, etc.
• Rolling calls and taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assisting with event planning

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and Sheets
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and demonstrate  great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The successful candidate will provide in-person support to the members of the team and assist with day-to-day tasks to assure the household is running smoothly. This role will suit a smart highly organized proactive self-starter who can work calmly under pressure, and successfully tackle new and unfamiliar tasks. Must be a strong gatekeeper who understands privacy, can manage staff, knows smart home technology and can tactfully manage and build relationships.

Candidates must be able to work independently or with incredible oversight. Will report to the Chief of Staff. The environment is very causal and down to earth, but everyone understands how to remain professional and works with efficiency and a true service mentality. 

Ideal candidate is service oriented, positive, kind, grounded, calm, and brings a great attitude to work every day. There will be the need for travel to Florida on a regular basis for 3 or more days at a time.

The LA residence is approximately 16,000sqft. There are 2 additional properties in Newport Beach that need bi-monthly visits in order to keep them running smoothly. There are also an extensive Florida property and you’ll be working hand-in-hand with the staff there to ensure that all maintenance issues are being addressed in a timely fashion and to help oversee large scale projects.
