We have a lovely family that is looking for TWO housekeepers. The house is 14,000 square feet. The family is building their dream home and will be moving mid March. The family would love to meet people early March, for a trial mid March. There are two positions available. Position #1 is for a true executive housekeeper position… this means you have experience managing and training the other housekeepers. You are able to organize the house, deep cleaning, ironing you have laundress abilities and experience being on staff with others. This candidate will work Monday- Friday 7-3 with flexibility to stay later and manage the other housekeeper who will work Monday -Friday 11 pm to 7 pm. There is deep cleaning, laundry, organization and ironing. We are looking for a team player who wants to be part of this family. Family pays on the books and will give paid vacation, sick days and paid holidays. There 4 school aged children and a senior dog.

UCLA Professor with two sons (aged 17 and 13) is looking for a personal executive assistant to work out of home. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, pivots when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail.

The main needs are scheduling and organization. We are looking for a patient, and lovely person! This could be a full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hour a week position. She will also consider a part time person, for three, 8 hour days if that is better for you. Some computer work can be done remotely.

Duties:
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Helping with daily time management and drafting correspondence such as emails and letters
• Reviewing, completing, and filing personal and professional forms documents
• Technology support (troubleshooting phones, computers, home AV system, etc.)
• Booking travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Tracking home and office supplies and restocking as needed
• House management duties including interfacing with house staff, third-party vendors, and bookkeepers
• Running errands including grocery shopping, school pickups, etc.
• Rolling calls and taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Assisting with event planning

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and Sheets
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and demonstrate  great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people-skills and a calm demeanor 

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm in her home. This is for a college educated, organized, bright and thoughtful person! If you have just a year or two of experience, and are excited to grow with your boss, this is for you.

The client is offering $40-45 an hour, DOE!, paid vacation, holidays and sick days.

A private family seeks to hire an experienced, detail-oriented, confident, and well-rounded Junior House Manager to support their private household’s daily operations. The successful candidate will provide in-person support to the members of the team and assist with day-to-day tasks to assure the household is running smoothly. This role will suit a smart highly organized proactive self-starter who can work calmly under pressure, and successfully tackle new and unfamiliar tasks. Must be a strong gatekeeper who understands privacy, can manage staff, knows smart home technology and can tactfully manage and build relationships.

Candidates must be able to work independently or with incredible oversight. Will report to the Chief of Staff. The environment is very causal and down to earth, but everyone understands how to remain professional and works with efficiency and a true service mentality. 

Ideal candidate is service oriented, positive, kind, grounded, calm, and brings a great attitude to work every day. There will be the need for travel to Florida on a regular basis for 3 or more days at a time.

The LA residence is approximately 16,000sqft. There are 2 additional properties in Newport Beach that need bi-monthly visits in order to keep them running smoothly. There are also an extensive Florida property and you’ll be working hand-in-hand with the staff there to ensure that all maintenance issues are being addressed in a timely fashion and to help oversee large scale projects.
