Loveliest new parents in Brentwood are looking for a part time nanny help with their new baby. This is 3 days a week (not Friday) for 4-5 hours a day. This 12-15 hour a week position is for a part time nanny who has experience with babies and LOVES them SO much. Mom really could use an extra set of hands around the house. She would love to be able to run out for an errand or two. This nanny must be vaccinated and boosted, have a car and be extremely diligent in caring for new babies. The part time nanny will be help with giving the baby a bottle, doing the baby laundry and all the cleaning related to the little one. Mom and Dad would love it if you could commit to babysitting one evening a week so the new parents can go on a date! Our client in the Holmby/Bel Air area is looking for a FT Chef to cook lunch and dinner, either Monday though Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. (The schedule may vary week to week, depending on what’s going on.) Typically, Chef cooks for three-four people (Husband/Wife/Nanny/2-year old child) and occasionally another couple will come by for dinner. This is family cooking — primarily low-salt (for dad), some nut allergies (2-year old) and vegetarian cooking a couple times a week. Nothing fussy — lots of clean greens, proteins, rustic stews, pasta etc … They really love all different ethnic foods (particularly Asian) so familiarity with gloabl cuisine is appreciated. No fad diets!! This home is about humble cooking using the best ingredients. Lunch is typically at 11:00am and Dinner is at 5:00pm. Pay is up to $120k per year + insurance and paid time off. We are looking for a fantastic, loving and patient Nanny who is child-development focused and aware of typical milestones to work for busy parents who have two children; ages 6 (a girl) and 1 (a boy). The hours are typically worked between 6:30am to 6:30pm or 7:00am to 7:00pm, M-F. The family will guarantee full time hours (40 per week) and overtime hours are likely. This is a great postion for a Nanny who can be flexible. The baby is slightly delayed and is getting a lot of therapy (i.e. occupational therapy, physical therapy, infant stimulation etc … ). We are hoping to find a Nanny who is open to learning from the therapists or who comes with prior experience/knowledge. The ideal candidate will “narrate the day,” and be a capable quick learner who can balance the needs of two children, and help support a cohesive family unit. We are searching for a lovely housekeeper who can help be an extra set of hands to our client in Santa Monica. She is in her late 70’s and walks with a cane so some things are just a bit more challenging for her to do. Our client would love to have a housekeeper keep her closets organized and cabinets stocked. The housekeeper would be responsible for keeping the house tidy and washing the towels and linens once a week. There is some light ironing, food prep and some errands to run. Her 4 lb teacup shitsu, Penelope, is sweet as can be and needs to be fed and have her water bowl filled throughout the day. Every day might be a little different but the perfect candidate will be someone who takes initiative, loves dogs and be sweet and patient. This is a part-time position Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am-4pm, possibly 11am- 5pm. We are looking for a hard working, lovely personal assistant to help a wonderful philanthropist! You are a phenomenal assistant that is warm, smart and organized! You will work in a gorgeous home office with the best view of the ocean in Manhattan Beach. You are as friendly as you are organized, and love taking making sure your boss has a calm and organized home, and smooth running calendar.
We are looking for a discreet assistant who loves to wear many hats, and has a diverse skill set. The kids are older, and out of school, so this is strictly a house and personal assistant.
The role offers $40-50 an hour, plus health insurance. This will usually be around 40-45 hours a week, starting between 8am-9am most days.
This is a position where you are acting partly as a partly as an assistant, and partly as a house manager. The housekeeper is amazing and has been there for years, you will work collaboratively together.
You’ll be in charge of many things — errands, wardrobe management, shopping, returns, travel arrangements, liaison for the home vendors, help plan and execute events, plan the menu and help organize with the chef and more! You will likely also help with grocery shopping, making a maintenance calendar for this 6,500 square foot home, and help pick out a new puppy for the family – and manage all pet care.
It’s important that you are tech savvy, and enjoy working on a PC, using Microsoft Office, Zoom and more. You might pick up coffees, lunch, whatever is needed. You’ll be the catch all person.
We would love to find someone close by in the South Bay who is looking for a long term commitment. You will also work with a long time employee who now lives on the east coast and is in charge of various projects including management of the art collection.
