We are hoping to find a superstar Housekeeper who can work M-F from 8:00am to 4:00pm for a wonderful family of three with two homes in Silverlake. There’s the primary residence, and a second home that’s used as an office or entertaining space (on occasion). Housekeeper will likely spend 3-4 days in the main residence, and just one day at the secondary property, which is right by the main house. There are no pets now, but the family is thinking of getting a doggie, so please be pet friendly. The Estate Manager is the BEST, so if you’re looking for friendly vibes, this is the job for you! We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager based in Los Angeles. Our client has homes in Santa Barbara and New York. Please do not apply if you can not spend time in these locations!
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 plus years recent full time experience working as a House Manager. You will be overseeing and maintaining all three properties to make sure the family is taken care of 7 days a week by managing the schedules with the staff. You will be responsible for not only the schedules,but also the training, the hiring, the vendors, as well as any events and renovations.
The client is looking for a polished, elegant candidate who can keep their homes running year round with a wonderful hospitality and can-do attitude. Kindness and humility is very important to this family!

Hospitality background is a bonus! We would love someone who has run a 5 star hotel, and understands the service industry. When the family is in town, they like to host events and small intimate dinners.

Schedule is M-F, 9-7p with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed for events.

This move really gave the couple the chance to get much more organized and put systems in place. Their wish is to have the new housekeeper be able to follow this system and maybe even organize them some more! Think, Everything has a place! It’s very important to them that you learn how they live in their new, beautiful space and that you can help maintain it just so. This couple could not be nicer and they would love for the housekeeper to be lovely too AND vaccinated and boosted and love their little dog ..

They don’t have a TON of laundry but the housekeeper will be responsible for what there is, especially laundering and changing the sheets.

Our client’s beloved housekeeper of 25 years is retiring! She will come spend time to train you how they like their home. This couple is traveling and living their best life, sometimes they are gone for weeks or months at a time, so they need someone they really trust to watch the house, and bring in the mail. There is a lot of laundry and deep cleaning to be done, but no ironing needed! You will help put groceries away but no need to run to the market. They do not have any children in the house or pets. Also the gardeners take care of cleaning the whole outside.

This is a GREAT part time job, they would love their next housekeeper to stay as long as their last if you’re happy with them! We would like you to be vaccinated for Covid, and if you are sick, they will pay you to stay home, they don’t want to take a chance!

There will be a nanny car that you can use on the job. There is also the sweetest elderly dog that would be so happy for an extra walk with you.
