INCREDIBLE Estate in Malibu seeks Houseman to join their staff. The schedule is M-F from 7:00am-3:30pm, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays on occasion. Homeowner owns multiple properties including homes in No. Cal., Hawaii, the South and the East Coast. We are looking for a Houseman who is willing to TRAVEL to the other homes anywhere from a couple of days at a time, up to two weeks. This is a position for a dedicated professional who can be flexible and accommodating and works well with others. Compensation is $36 hour on payroll (with many opportunities to earn overtime pay); 100% health insurance (choice of HMO or PPO) for employee, with option to add dependents (80 20 coverage); dental plus vision insurance for employee to family; short to long-term disability insurance; a simple IRA with a 3% employer match, NINE paid holidays (if employee works on a holiday, he she will receive double-pay); paid sick days; paid vacation; discretionary year-end bonus and other programs like life insurance which employees can buy into on a voluntary basis. When if Houseman travels, he will be given a per-diem for food and be provided with private accommodations. We are looking for a hard working, lovely personal assistant to help a wonderful philanthropist! You are a phenomenal assistant that is warm, smart and organized! You will work in a gorgeous home office with the best view of the ocean in Manhattan Beach. You are as friendly as you are organized, and love taking making sure your boss has a calm and organized home, and smooth running calendar.

We are looking for a discreet assistant who loves to wear many hats, and has a diverse skill set. The kids are older, and out of school, so this is strictly a house and personal assistant.

The role offers $40-50 an hour, plus health insurance. This will usually be around 40-45 hours a week, starting between 8am-9am most days.

This is a position where you are acting partly as a partly as an assistant, and partly as a house manager. The housekeeper is amazing and has been there for years, you will work collaboratively together.

You’ll be in charge of many things — errands, wardrobe management, shopping, returns, travel arrangements, liaison for the home vendors, help plan and execute events, plan the menu and help organize with the chef and more! You will likely also help with grocery shopping, making a maintenance calendar for this 6,500 square foot home, and help pick out a new puppy for the family – and manage all pet care.

It’s important that you are tech savvy, and enjoy working on a PC, using Microsoft Office, Zoom and more. You might pick up coffees, lunch, whatever is needed. You’ll be the catch all person.

We would love to find someone close by in the South Bay who is looking for a long term commitment. You will also work with a long time employee who now lives on the east coast and is in charge of various projects including management of the art collection.

We are looking for an experienced house man, who can take care of the property and help the family. This is a staffed home with kind principals. The role includes overseeing subs who come in for repairs, light housework to support our housekeepers like changing light bulbs, morning vacuuming or kitchen tidying, heavy lifting, gym clean up. Outdoor role includes cleaning windows as needed, cleaning the cars, running errands like returning UPS boxes, or taking cars for maintenance, as well as occasional leaf blowing in between weekly landscapers clean up. Walking dog and generally liking children also helps. The family pays on the books and will help with health, paid vacation and sick days. Please reach out if you are interested. These clients are the best! Mom is busy running her Non Profit and Dad is a busy Lawyer. Mom also loves spending time with their toddler when he’s not in preschool. Their beloved assistant is leaving after 3 years, she moved further away and just won’t be able to do the commute.

We are looking for someone who understands how a family home functions. How to stock items and keep an inventory, run errands, manage shopping and returns, Christmas Card Lists, reminders for birthdays, travel planning and more. Assist with booking vendors and managing any repairs in their Beverly Hills home, as well as their 2 other homes outside of LA.

On the Non Profit side, our client would love your help with her fundraising efforts, putting together the annual gala, and any other ad hoc projects that need doing.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who thinks ahead, is proactive, loves to plan, anticipate their bosses needs and really takes pride in getting to know what the family needs. They do have someone that comes to clean the house, and a part time Nanny.

Please be Tech Savvy, be able to manage calendars, Excel spreadsheets, and pick up new programs.

The schedule been Tuesdays and Fridays, ideally, we would love to keep it this way, but there might be some flexibility to change the days. Also, while there is a lot of in person work, part of the work can be done at your own home, and they are fine with that. The client will guarantee 20 hours a week, and offers sick days, and PTO as well. The hourly rate is $35-40 an hour, DOE and mileage will be reimbursed when you are running errands for the family.

You will be overseeing and maintaining all three properties to make sure the family is taken care of 7 days a week by managing the schedules with the staff. This move really gave the couple the chance to get much more organized and put systems in place. Their wish is to have the new housekeeper be able to follow this system and maybe even organize them some more! Think, Everything has a place! It’s very important to them that you learn how they live in their new, beautiful space and that you can help maintain it just so. This couple could not be nicer and they would love for the housekeeper to be lovely too AND vaccinated and boosted and love their little dog ..

They don’t have a TON of laundry but the housekeeper will be responsible for what there is, especially laundering and changing the sheets.
