One of our all-time favorite clients in Bel Air is looking to fill a unique role on their gorgeous estate. The Principal says she is looking for a good “all-arounder” to help in myriad ways around the house. This job is a little bit of everything, i.e. getting up on ladders to reach things the Housekeepers can’t, being proficient in helping around the house to mitigate the use of outside vendors, doing errands, moving cases of water to wine, handling deliveries, power washing the exterior areas to etc … Perhaps most important — there are three doggies who needs TLC! We are looking for a presentable, articulate helper who is TECH SAVVY and will be as comfortable troubleshooting various household equipment as he is greeting guests and serving refreshments. Applicants should be fully vaccinated pro-active self-starters. The schedule will be M-F, most likely from 10 11am to 6pm — with flexibility. There is a nice size staff in the home so we want to find a team player who vibes well with everyone. This position offers great hourly pay via payroll, terrific benefits and lots of paid time off. Client plus House Manager are open to training someone who is newer to private service.

Amazing young cool family with one baby and the most awesome House Manager is looking for a new full-time Housekeeper. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. Sunday hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm and Monday-Thursday hours are 11:00am to 8:00pm (the schedule includes a built-in one hour unpaid lunch break). Friday Saturday you are off!

Pay is $35 hour plus FULL BENEFITS (health, dental, vision to 401k) and discretionary year-end bonus, two weeks paid vacation, paid sick days to paid holidays. Duties are ironing, detailed cleaning and serving. A cleaning crew handles the deep cleaning weekly. High profile client with three school-aged children (in the 6-13 range) seeks a mature ROTA Family Assistant. Location is Los Feliz. (There’s also a home in Malibu plus summer home on the E. Coast.) The schedule will work as follows — (3) 12-hour days plus (1) 6-hour day followed by 3.5 days OFF. Every six weeks you will flip schedules with the other Nanny so there are weekends off for each of you. Summer will be spent primarily on the E. Coast. This is a position for

We are looking for a sophisticated to highly organized candidate who has prior house-assistant experience. You may hop on a plane to take a child to camp one day and manage teacher gifting the next.
