Our client’s beloved housekeeper of 25 years is retiring! She will come spend time to train you how they like their home. This couple is traveling and living their best life, sometimes they are gone for weeks or months at a time, so they need someone they really trust to watch the house, and bring in the mail. There is a lot of laundry and deep cleaning to be done, but no ironing needed! You will help put groceries away but no need to run to the market. They do not have any children in the house or pets. Also the gardeners take care of cleaning the whole outside.

This is a GREAT part time job, they would love their next housekeeper to stay as long as their last if you’re happy with them! We would like you to be vaccinated for Covid, and if you are sick, they will pay you to stay home, they don’t want to take a chance!

This schedule will be Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

You will have Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE off and paid.

Mom works from home but is super busy with calls and work meetings and really just needs an extra sent of hands around the house. Looking for a superstar Personal Assistant for a busy entertainer and her family in the West LA area. It’s a very busy & active house with the principal, her husband (who has his own PA), their teenaged children, nanny, housekeepers, gardeners, 2 dogs, and other pets… so it’s a bit of a juggling act… lots of pots boiling at once.

Sometimes Assistant will work remotely, sometimes spending a day running errands and sometimes at the principal’s home. It is rare that Assistant will spend time with the principal while she is working as she needs someone to help organize her life while she is in front of the camera.

Hours are Monday-Friday with some occasional later nights and/or weekends (for example if an errand needs to be run or if they are having a weekend party at the home). Except to work at least 45 hours a week, often more.

It can be everything from:
◦ overseeing a renovation
◦ buying groceries daily/weekly
◦ unpacking suitcases

This person must be a ‘do-er’ (and not a delegator)… someone organized, truly hardworking, self motivated, can’t sit still, thinks ahead, physically able to carry things up/down stairs, discreet, willing to get hands dirty/sweat a bit, not looking to punch a clock or keep their eye on it, friendly, kind, animal lover, teen tolerant, clean driving record, is friendly but not overly familiar, respectful while working within clients home, multi-tasker and tech savvy. Someone who comes with their own arsenal of vendors, contacts, etc is also a plus.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time.
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
• Partners across departments, internal events, facilities, and executive assistants on all aspects of customer meeting planning and execution. Owns meeting logistics from start to finish (from catering and room setup to agenda creation to logistics)
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal teams; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leadership.
• Demonstrates leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the business.
• Possess the ability to have influence to drive successful outcomes.
• Works closely and productively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up urgently.

• 5-10 years of experience supporting a C-level staff member in a public company

We would love someone that appreciates family and middle eastern culture. Our client immigrated to the US decades ago, and loves to talk about her family, and life before living in the US. We are hoping to find someone that appreciates hearing her stories, and that can spend meaningful time together going to lunch, reading a book, watching a film, taking a walk at the park, and taking her to visit her children and grandchildren.

We are looking for someone that can help run errands, do some basic cooking, simple cleaning (there is a housekeeper who comes to do deep cleaning here and there,) and is a loving companion. We want someone that feels like a cousin, an extension of her family. Someone she will really enjoy spending time with and would be happy to do a puzzle with, an arts & crafts project, go through family photo albums.

The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekends if there is a family event.

This is a full time position, and the rate is DOE, $35-40 an hour, plus $500 gross a month that you can use to pay your health insurance. They also offer paid sick days, paid holidays and paid vacation. Major bonus if you speak Aracbic! Also would be wonderful if you have CPR or any EMT type of experience.
