Whether making insurance claim, calling property assessors offices,or overseeing her rental property, you must keep perfect records and be thorough in your work. The assistant must be tech savvy and know how to get answers in whatever project our client is involved in.
One day you may need to find out how to file something in court. Another day you may need to research how to send art overseas. You must have great computer skills, be able to manage autopay and pay bills, and help organize her life!
Our client wants to meet you if you like problem solving, can wear many hats and can get things done! If you know your way around PHOTOSHOP that would be a bonus! A calming presence will go a long way here. There may be some remote hours that you may do on your own but initially our client would like you to be at her home office with her on Fridays.
Hours would be 11-5 or 10-6.
Some flexibility is necessary.

You will manage your time and prioritize it to make sure everything is taken care of. From the calendar, to travel, to events and more, you will be the right hand, and work closely with the fantastic Chief of Staff who is spearheading business priorities. You will have a 24/7 mentality. However, this company values systems and organization, so you will have support from their COS, and possibly a 2nd virtual assistant who you will manage for tasks on your to do list to make your day more efficient. While the focus is on the business, you know that supporting a CEO Founder is all about making sure their life is in order, and some personal assistance will be needed. The principal is interested in expanding the scope of his social engagements, and wants someone to be able to help project manage regular dinner parties/salon dinners/cocktail events/etc. at home and when he travels.

Please have excellent, long term references and be extremely tech savvy. We would love someone who is already a master on Google Suite, Asana, Slack and Microsoft Office. You are comfortable learning new programs and are curious to keep up with what is evolving in the Web3 world.

You will be asked to occasionally travel to where your boss is, so while the position is mostly remote day to day, we do need someone than can travel about once a month. Please have your Covid vaccines and booster.
