The family is looking for a nanny who wants to stay long term with this family. Both of the parents work from home and in an office so they will be in and out but need this nanny to be FULL CHARGE with the baby. As the nanny you will be responsible for all things baby: laundry, bottles, clothing, taking her to activities like music class and gymboree, etc. We are looking for a nanny who is able to travel. This family will pay on the books , with overtime, paid vacation, sick days, and some holidays. You will be reimbursed for mileage as well. • Travel
◦ Coordinate and correspond with travel agent on any trip details.

Job Title: Los Angeles Assistant to the Managers
Responsible to: Estate Manager

Purpose: You will be responsible for all administrative tasks that are given to you by the West Coast Managers. Your role is to provide administrative support and assist with home office duties, including – but not limited to, answering phones, copying, filing, researching, sending emails and preparing items for the Managers and Estate Manager as needed. You will also act as back up to principal’s Executive Assistant assisting with calendar duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase orders and receiving of all items
