Property Manager Needed in BH and Malibu — Amazing client with multiple properties is looking for an incredible property manager. There’s a main house (in BH), a beach house (in Malibu) and three rentals properties (in BH) to maintain. The main residence is well staffed and the long-time assistant looks after some of the house management duties there. We are looking for a fully vaccinated self-starter with great judgment and a construction background. Client would like to find someone with minimum three years local experience.

Big hearted and inspiring Nanny needed for hybrid Personal Assistant role for a wonderful Brentwood family

Great family is searching for an inspiring and caring nanny who can also assist the parents with some administrative help scheduling and organize family activities. Both Mom (part -time) and Dad (full-time) work, and remain very engaged with their 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter (and very cute small dog)…but between work, travel, and life, they need some additional help supporting their children and the family’s busy schedule. This nanny/assistant needs to have a great attitude, be proactive and engaging with the kids, be a team player and a great communicator. The person also needs to be equally interested and willing to help with homework as coming up with fun activities at home or around town with the kids during down time (and not involving screen time!). Must be adept ant settling sibling disputes without resorting to shouting, etc. Family assistant support would entail things such as coordinating or scheduling activities for the family, helping keep a family calendar up to date, ordering things, buying tickets or making reservations, running errands at times, and occasionally some travel (or staying with kids at times so parents can get a date night or date-weekend). This family has local and international roots, is even keeled and down to earth, kind and thoughtful/respectful, honest and trustworthy, and loves to have fun…and these characteristics would be expected in you. The parents also fully support and back the nanny/assistant when dealing with the kids, fully embracing clear and firm messaging while also being positive and high energy.

If this is the nanny/assistant job for you, please make sure to send us your resume. Some background in studying and/or working in education is a plus.

We would love a dedicated career Nanny with childhood development education or 10-20 years of experience. This is for an experienced, mature, career nanny who is excited and flexible to have their schedule work around the family’s needs. You will generally work Tuesday-Saturday, about 10-7/11-8, and come early or stay late as needed. Some Saturday night will be a sleep over, and there is a lot of travel throughout the year. Weeks at time in Idaho in the summer, NYC sprinkled through the year and international as well – please have your Passport ready! Bonus is you’re experienced flying private as that is how the family primarily travels.

We are looking for a weekend Nanny for two energetic boys; ages 2.5 + 7.5. Mom + Dad are in the process of divorcing, and Nanny will be shared in both households (Dad is in Brentwood, Mom is in Santa Monica). There are two doggies in Brentwood. The schedule is Saturday & Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm with necessity for occasional late evenings/overnights (app. 1-3 times per month). Some weekends will require travel. Pay is $35-$40/hour on payroll + $150/overnight. The ideal candidate is fully vaccinated, energetic, organized, self-sufficient, warm and can cook good healthy meals for the boys. This is not an ideal job for a Nanny who is working M-F as it requires a lot of hours.
