INCREDIBLE Estate in Malibu seeks Housekeeper to join a staff of four. The schedule is M-F from 7:00am-3:30pm, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays on occasion. Homeowner owns multiple properties including Woodside plus Lake Tahoe in No. Cal. plus homes in Hawaii, Florida to Rhode Island. We are looking for a Housekeeper who is willing to TRAVEL to the other homes anywhere from a couple of days at a time, up to two weeks. This is a position for a dedicated professional who can be flexible and accommodating and works well with others. Compensation is $36 hour on payroll (with many opportunities to earn overtime pay); 100% health insurance (choice of HMO or PPO) for employee, with option to add dependents (80 20 coverage); dental plus vision insurance for employee to family; short to long-term disability insurance; a simple IRA with a 3% employer match, NINE paid holidays (if employee works on a holiday, he she will receive double-pay); paid sick days; paid vacation; discretionary year-end bonus and other programs like life insurance which employees can buy into on a voluntary basis. When if HK travels, she will be given a per-diem for food and be provided with private accommodations. The schedule will be 6 nights for one week, then 5 nights a week for 5 weeks. The hours they would like are 9pm-7am.

The NICEST family in Pacific Palisades is searching for a PART-TIME CHEF who can wow their palates two days a week, either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday. They would love the chef to make two meals in a day, lunch and dinner and leave breakfast for the morning. Mom and dad love spicy, ethnic foods. Mom is vegetarian and on a calorie restricted diet (1200 a day). Dad eats everything and likes things flavorful. The kids are more picky (they are 1 1 2 and 3) and only eat chicken and fish. Healthy and interesting ethnic foods from different parts of the world is what this couple loves. They use to be able to walk down the streets of NY and get Ethiopian, Thai, Mexican Mediterranean, even Greek food within a couple of blocks. Now they want this in their kitchen. It would be great if the chef can cook for and event here and there or if they want to entertain a day every so often on the weekend. There’s a cat in the house so not for someone with cat allergies. Otherwise, this is a lovely family that’s not afraid of a lot of flavor in their food. Let us know if you’re interested.
