• Location: Santa Barbara. Will assist in LA and other homes when needed. Candidate must live in or near Santa Barbara or be willing to relocate.

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail oriented Housekeeper to join our client’s team and support the daily operations of this gorgeous residence. This is a full time position in a beautiful multi-level home, requiring someone who is physically active, punctual, and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Best schedule! Monday-Friday, 7am- 3pm!

This is a staffed home, please enjoy working with a great team. In the mornings, you’ll prepare breakfast for Mrs., which is simple heating up of a muffin or simple oatmeal or eggs and her coffee. For lunch, you’ll heat up soup the chef prepares and place her sandwich if she’s hungry before Chef arrives to do dinner and other prep. The chef does all the major cooking, so it’s very simple breakfast and lunch support only!

You will cleaning the upstairs primary suite and help the other housekeeper clean the main floor. You’ll do laundry for both Mr and Mrs., there are fine items so please be comfortable with cashmere, and other special materials.

The right housekeeper will have at least 5-10 years of experience in a fine home with an upbeat, eager and friendly attitude. This is a wonderful role and the client is looking for someone long term, everyone on the team has been there for years.

This job offers: $35-40 an hour, health and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.

We are helping a high-profile single father find an exceptional full-time Nanny for his three young sons. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Nanny who thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong sense of discretion, and can show up with grace and consistency, no matter what.

Dad follows a court-recommended 2-2-3 custody schedule that rotates every two weeks. The schedule provides generous downtime—Nanny gets nearly a three-day weekend every other week!

Sample Rotation Schedule:
• Week A: Monday 4:00 PM – Wednesday 4:00 PM
• Week B: Wednesday 4:00 PM – Friday 4:00 PM plus Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 4:00 PM

The family employs two full-time Nannies who work as a team. While the newborn is not currently staying overnight, he will be starting in June. When he is not present, the Nanny will sleep in a private room with a monitor. Once the baby moves in, the Nanny will room-in with the infant. The twins are excellent sleepers, and the baby is on a great schedule as well.

The family is currently based in Malibu but is planning a move back to the East side between June and the fall. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and unflappable—someone who can roll with changes and maintain a calm, loving presence for the children.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of full-time Nanny experience
• Previous experience with both infants and toddlers required
• Twin experience strongly preferred

The schedule is typically in person, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in the LA home with availability to work after hours as needed. You will also be asked to travel to their other residences to check in on the properties, please be able to travel, usually with notice.

– Maintain and update calendars.
– Manage payroll for staff members.

– Oversee bill management.
– Track Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), pension plans, and Social Security benefits.
– Manage bank accounts and pay bills using Quicken.
– Assist with tax preparation by collaborating with CPAs and various financial advisors to track and maintain K-1 forms, a list of both domestic and foreign assets, pay capital calls, and monitor distributions.
