Calling all seasoned, tech-savvy and organized Family Assistants who love teenagers! Mom and Dad are professional writers with three children ranging in age from 5 to 14. The youngest child has a dedicated Nanny who handles most of the children’s cooking, is able to travel with the family, and typically works M-F from 7:00am to 5:00pm. They are now looking to add a Family Assistant M-F from approximately 11:00am to 7:00pm, with some flexibility required. The FA will be more focused on the two older children, as well as the household logistics and all the moving pieces related to having three children who are going in different directions. This means coming with organizational strategies, managing calendars, liaising with vendors, scheduling maintenance, booking appointments, planning travel and so forth. Parents are not micro-managers and would welcome a mature, chill, pro-active self-starter who can establish best practices and has a no-job-too-big or small attitude. Someone helpful who genuinely enjoys being with kids, because when the school day ends, the FA will take over with the two older children (driving and so forth). Organized Family Assistant who loves to cook needed for Three High Performing Teenagers and their busy working Mom

Lovely family with three amazing teenagers and busy working parents in search of a wonderful assistant to keep the household and kids running smoothly! You will work closely with the Mom and her Executive Assistant to keep these kids on time and organized!

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm or if you prefer later hours, 11am-7pm, plus some occasional overtime hours as needed for a weekend birthday party or weekday date night.

You will start your day at the Brentwood home organizing, unloading the dishwasher, making grocery lists, coordinate the dinner menu with the parents, running errands and getting snacks ready. Then you’ll head out in the family nanny SUV, to get groceries, and come home to prep the teens’ dinner. Around 2:15pm you’ll head over to pick up the kids from school and start the afternoon shuffle to sports practice, tutors, doctors appointments and more. You’ll end the day making sure sports uniforms are ready for the game and packed, any returns are in the car for the next day and doing a touch base with Mom.

This is an amazing job for an experienced Family Assistant who loves families and kids, and has incredible organizational skills. You could be supporting the next brilliant President of the US or Start Up CEO! Truly, these kids are incredible and busy, so they need your help, they have graduated from needing a nanny, so it’s more of a family assistant to help keep Mom keep her teens organized.

The full time Nanny and Mom handle all of the children needs, but we are looking for a housekeeper who loves children and can be kind to them. Would be amazing if you can chop fruit and veggies, help with groceries and keep the kitchen organized when time allows. Must be vaccinated and boosted for Covid.

This family is looking for help Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9am-5pm. We placed their last housekeeper who has loved working with them but she’s moving on to start a business, so they are looking for her replacement. All is ending on great terms. This is a lovely, kind and respectful family and home!

Temporary Newborn Care Specialist needed for the best Beverly Hills family starting January 24th through February 12th

Our lovely client hired an amazing Newborn Care Specialist who they love! She had committed to help another family before taking this job, for 2.5 weeks and the NCS who was scheduled to cover is no longer available. That back up NCS had a client who house burned down in the fire and sent her into an early delivery.

So we are looking for a lovely, kind, warm, refined, experienced NCS who can step in for about 2.5 weeks from January 24th – February 12th! This will be a night shift of 5pm – 8am. Hourly rate DOE.

Darling 2 month baby girl who is doing well! Mom and Dad are busy, and already back to work (remotely,) so they hope to have coverage at night to get as much sleep as they can.

We have known this family forever and they are wonderful! Everything is going great, she’s healthy and hitting all the right milestones. Mom and Dad are starting to work again, and while they have a lovely housekeeper, they need a great Newborn Care Specialist to focus on baby 🙂

We are looking for someone with excellent experience, glowing references, who is up to date on their vaccines. The right candidate is warm, loving, and great with structure and setting systems in place. These parents would love to learn as well. Mom is breast feeding and feels like she’s in a good grove with that. Consistency of coverage is the priority until they are ready for a nanny.

Ideally, please have a Passport, and be able to travel in case they want to leave town for a few days! (Not a deal breaker if you can’t travel, but please be a local Los Angeles NCS.) The family also has two German Shepards who are very friendly, please love dogs.

They have been evacuated from their home in Brentwood, and need help on the 21st to clean up before they come home. You will work with their other housekeeper, and personal assistant to help take down holiday decorations and clean up the home.

There could potentially be some heavy lifting, so someone is comfortable moving boxes, etc. but mostly they need someone who can take direction and be efficient but also use caution since the decorations are delicate.

The hours will be 9am – 5pm.

We will prioritize candidates who are already vetted through The Help Company and have been out of work due to the LA Fires. This client would like to give back and employ someone for the day who lost their job and could really use the work.

This role involves the dynamic management and oversight of all aspects of the Principals’ complex life, both professionally and personally.
