Our client is a busy Mom, Creative Director Artist, and needs a career right hand to run hers and her families world. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with at least 5plus years of experience to support our busy client! Someone who has worked for others in the entertainment industry and understands the demands of this world is ideal. We’re seeking an assistant who is a self-starter, hustles, thinks ahead, has great organizational systems, and is tech-savvy. (Graphic design, social media savvy, and AI capabilities would be great).  The children are in school during the day with lots of after school activities, Dad travels a lot for work, and the family has sweet family dog. There is a lot of liaison work, logistics, research and some working with and overseeing the other household staff to accomplish tasks. You’ll manage her schedule, help manage her email inbox, save important documents in Google Drive and Dropbox, and more. 

We are excited to find an assistant who understands hustling, working at a fast pace, and working proactively. You’ll mostly work Monday-Friday, from about 9am – 5 6pm most days. Though the right candidate understands this job requires someone who is flexible with last minute changes and different schedule rhythms, and she needs someone who can pivot with her. There will be some nights and weekends where support is needed. You’ll be expected to be available for occasional events at the home, or email text call support as needed. This role does require in person work at the house, however there is also room to work remotely as well. 

Please have excellent references, a clear background check, at least 5 plus years of experience and a can do attitude to be considered. We are looking for a special assistant who is looking to commit long term to our great client!

Salary is DOE plus health insurance stipend, and PTO!

Busy working parents are seeking an eastside or Valley based Nanny to join their family! Mom is busy working from home but likes to carve out time in her day to be hands on with her daughter. So we are looking for a Nanny who can be full charge with the toddler and baby on the way (due in January ‘25!) but who can also read the room and keep the home tidy while Mom wants one on one time with the kids.

The parents value education and already have their 2 year old daughter going to Kumon. We don’t need a teacher, we are looking for a great nanny who loves encouraging the children’s development with love, reading, dancing, playing and singing to encourage milestones being met.
We want a loving and patient nanny who will be a partner to the parents and feel like an extended family member in the household.

Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm most days. We would love if you can be flexible to stay late on occasion for a date night or work commitment. They would love if you can go on family vacations about 4 times a year as well. Ideally you have your US Passport, as the family does like to travel internationally on occasion! The family is offering $40 an hour, plus paid time off. They are also open to helping pay towards your health insurance.

We are looking for an assistant who can work three days a week, 8 hours a day. You will work on site to meet vendors, do walk throughs and projects as needed. There will also be computer work that can be done remotely. We’d love an assistant who is organized, a self starter, creative with gifts and holiday decorations, strong with research, has excellent vendors in your contacts already and is great at thinking of ahead of how to schedule maintenance.

The family has two children, a nanny, a chef and service vendors. It’s a great group! The house is in Santa Monica, near Montana Ave. and close to the beach. It’s a historical home so there are quirks to the fixing and maintenance. They just did an inside renovation, but you still need to managing the issues and schedule repairs. We’d love if the new hire is based on the westside near the family.

We are looking for an assistant who can comfortably use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple products, comfortable around dogs, and great with vendor management. Major plus if you have a great eye for design!

Location to Work Schedule:
• Primary Location: Beverly Hills residence
• Secondary Location: Ranch to Beach house in Carpinteria
• Typical Work Week:
o Friday to Saturday: Carpinteria (late breakfast lunch dinner for Mr. to Mrs. and any guests in residence)
o Sunday: Beverly Hills. The chef will purchase all groceries to fully stock the fridge, pantry, and kitchen islands. Serve dinner for Mr. to Mrs. and any guests in residence)
o Monday to Tuesday: Beverly Hills (late breakfast lunch dinner for Mr. to Mrs. and any guests in residence)
o Wednesday to Thursday: OFF, though days off may fluctuate based on family needs, and the chef must be prepared to accommodate changes in schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
• Beverly Hills: Serve late breakfast lunch dinner, typically for Mr., Mrs. with dinner served around 7 7:30 PM. Guests, including family and friends, may occasionally join for meals. If there are guests (5 or more), a housekeeper will assist during dinner service; otherwise, the chef will independently manage clean-up.
• Carpinteria: Prepare late breakfast lunch dinner at the ranch or beach house. Guests are frequent.
The chef will be responsible for meal planning, shopping, prepping, and cooking, focusing on fresh, clean, farm-to-table meals with simple proteins and vegetables. This is NOT a foodie family. The ability to adapt to changing meal sizes and guest numbers is essential. Additionally, the chef should feel comfortable hosting and preparing plated meals for larger dinner parties and events.

Skills to Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of full-time private chef experience
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule (days off may vary week to week)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage the kitchen independently
• Culinary Arts training and experience
• Floor service experience and cocktail pairing sommelier skills are a plus
• Physical stamina, ability to work quickly, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in hosting and providing floor service for dinner parties and events is a big plus.
• Available to work some holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE for example.

Security and Confidentiality:
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times to protect the privacy and security of the principals and their guests.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar position within a high-end, private household or luxury hospitality environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the principals’ schedule.
• Excellent knowledge of etiquette, table service, and household practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully
• Discretion, professionalism, and respect for privacy
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of an established team

The family is offering a $140K salary DOE, $12K in benefits, and potential year-end bonus. Plus mileage reimbursement, and paid time off!
