Busy client is looking for a great Cook that can do simple lunches and dinners on the weekends. This could be a cook, a housekeeper who loves cooking or a chef. The family is 6, and sometimes has guests over.

They love to eat Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai and very healthy – no shellfish or pork. They have a couple of dogs in the house, please love dogs! Lunch is usually around 1pm and dinner is around 6:30pm.

This position will be Saturday and Sunday, usually 11am-7pm. The family is offering $45-50 an hour, DOE. Please have a clear background check, great references, and at least 3-5 years of recent, similar experience.

Former NYC family who has been in LA for years, is looking for a great afterschool nanny! The kids are 11 and 14, play sports every day after school and are academically high achievers. Mom and Dad work – Mom is around during the day working from home and Dad is in an office. Parents are type A, very organized and are looking for a similar personality in their nanny.

This is a classic afterschool Nanny role: you’ll pick up the kids from school, drive them safely to their sports, bring snacks, bring them home or to any appointments, help make simple dinners, and make sure homework gets started. There will be some tidying up but they have a housekeeper so no laundry help is needed.

Most weeks you’ll work closer to 30-32 hours a week though the family will guarantee 35 hours a week. They travel on family vacations about 3-4 times a year, they do not need you to join, and will always pay you for those weeks they don’t need you.

Please be college educated, athletic, have a clear driving history, and be open to staying over with the kids for a long weekend on occasion if the parents are out of town. They do not have pets right now, but may get a puppy, so please love dogs!

Warm family in Malibu seeks FT House Manager Personal Assistant to work out of their home in Malibu (Point Dume). Though there will be times when the candidate is required to start or finish later, the typical schedule is M-F from approximately 9:00am-5:00pm. This role is based on-site at the 7,500 square foot home, which is set on an acre of land. There is no option to work remotely at this time.

Responsibilities will include; identifying and correcting maintenance issues in the home by engaging the appropriate contractors, managing landscapers and other external vendors, overseeing other staff (housekeeper and nanny), assisting with scheduling booking meetings for the Principal, party planning and organization (roughly 4 times per year), traveling with the family (less than 14 days per year), collecting financial information from various sources as requested by accountants bookkeepers, remotely managing three other properties (Aspen, San Francisco, and Mammoth), helping family friends colleagues book time in the family’s homes and private clubs, assisting with travel arrangements when required, organizing basic maintenance and cleaning of the family’s vehicles, disposing of unneeded items via charity or eBay, and more.

Candidates should be positive, efficient, solutions-focused, and superbly organized. They should also be able to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and have experience of basic Excel Google sheets. The family has two young children and a dog, so the household is naturally less formal and candidates must enjoy being part of working around a family who, in turn, value an intimate, happy staff longevity. The family are offering the successful candidate a salary of $115k, commensurate with experience plus a health stipend and paid time off.

This is a very busy family with a lot going on so you need to be proactive, beyond organized, MAC SAVVY, love to travel, flexible, and go with the flow! Specific work includes:

-Maintain and organize house files

Busy vibrant Mar Vista family seeks a dedicated Family Assistant! There are three children; ages 6, 11 and 13. The family is hoping to find a candidate who can integrate seamlessly into their family dynamic and provide vital support. The two older children have been diagnosed with mild autism and ADHD, so familiarity with emotional regulation and neurodivergency is a plus. (No specific certifications or qualifications are required other than a high EQ and patience.) The primary focus will be on the youngest child, but you will interface and engage with all three.

The tentative schedule is ideally Monday through Thursday from noon to 8pm and Sunday from 8 9am to 4 5pm. Sundays are mostly about food — hitting the farmers market, cleaning out the fridge, marketing and meal prep for the week. You are NOT expected to be a Chef, but hopefully you enjoy helping prepare healthy family meals and snacks. If you are holding out for a M-F schedule, we still want to hear from you! The family can be flexible regarding the schedule. Mom and Dad enjoy sneaking away for date nights and the occasional weekend away without the children so they hope to find a candidate who will be flexible with them in equal measure.

Candidates should be clear communicators who take initiative and can manage household responsibilities independently.

Key household duties are car washing, dog walking, running errands, marketing, unboxing donations, making returns, stocking the household and kitchen management. The Housekeeper comes every week, so while no deep cleaning is required, setting the kitchen back to normal and cleaning up after meals is required. The childcare responsibilities include school pickups, activity planning, and assisting with emotional regulation and sibling conflict. The ideal candidate is patient yet firm with experience across different age ranges, and the desire to connect with each child on an individual basis. Experience providing executive functioning support for chore, homework and other responsibilities is highly desired. These lists are illustrative but not exhaustive.

Candidates must have a clean driving record and a safe vehicle, as driving is required. Gas and mileage reimbursement will be provided. The pay is $35-$40 hr gross via payroll plus a $250 month stipend toward health insurance, and the position includes 5 paid sick days, 10 days PTO and federal holidays off, . Handyman Project Manager for wonderful Client homes and apartment building in Los Angeles

Our wonderful long time client is looking for a handy, resourceful, smart and kind Handyman Project Manager! You will assist at their multiple properties: residential homes, an apartment building and warehouse through the LA area.

You’ll be in charge of: repairs and maintenance across all of their properties. This can include paint, touchups, changing HVAC filters, and lightbulbs, fixing light plumbing and electrical. Hanging pictures, fixing wall damage, etc. Basically anything that could pop up!

In addition, there will be hauling of materials and equipment, helping at the warehouse with stacking and organizing, and working with third-party trades to get excessive skilled work done. As well as dealing with problems that may pop up from tenants at the apartment building etc.

We are looking for a fluent in English and Spanish speaker who is great with tools, an excellent problem solver and has wonderful references. Muse have a clear background check, a reliable truck (ideally, or large SUV,) and a can do attitude! Must be comfortable texting, emailing and have calls come in for requests throughout the day while managing your work.

The schedule will be about Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm. This role is offering $75,000 a year plus medical insurance and and a discretionary end of year bonus.
