We are looking for an excellent executive housekeeper to support another executive housekeeper and join a warm and friendly family in OC.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, a self-starter, passionate about organizing and helping the family with a variety of tasks relating to housekeeping. This is a busy but very varied role. You will work as part of a team of two housekeepers and will be required to take direction but also work as a team. You will report directly to the principal but need to be able to take direction from the lead housekeeper.
Details:
• Hourly rate is DOE
o Additional compensation for any work over and above regular working hours (rarely will overtime be required and if required it will always be discussed and approved firstly)
o Hours to be discussed with the principal

We are looking for help to clean and help tidy up for our family dinner. 12 -14 for dinner – they are getting a catered dinner so the kitchen will not be a mess. Warm up the appetizers and plate them. We will have a big buffet dinner so i want someone that will help with the platters. Clean up between courses and keep things tidy, and clear the dessert dishes and put things away. If you like serving, that would be a plus!

We have had the pleasure of helping this incredible woman for many years, and her family. She had a traumatic brain injury many years ago, and while she is able to enjoy her life, and she does, she does need 24 7 care to help her with daily activities. She’s now in her early 40s, but has the spirit and energy of a teenager.
Our client is full of humor, fun, spunk, determination! She does PT, loves pilates, acting class, games, movies, reading, and having her friends over. You will help drive her to doctor appointments and while you are there to help her, you also become her friend and confident. So it’s all about learning how to navigate all of those roles.
We are looking for a special person who can do two 24 shifts, (ideally, Thursdays to Fridays,) and join a special team. This could be a wonderful job for someone that has worked as a nurse, physical therapist, a nanny, a warm hearted personal assistant, etc. This is a very specific role, and we are looking for the right fit.
The 24 hour work period is 8am to 8am the next day, the daily rate is $678.57 per 24 hours, inclusive of overtime. You are ON for all 24 hours that you work. There is a 2nd bedroom in the condo for you to sleep, but you are on call if she needs help during the night to go to the bathroom, etc.
As you will be learning her specific routines, we are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment. Please have excellent references, a safe and dependable car, (though you’ll mostly drive the client’s Audi during work hours,) a clear background check and most importantly, a huge heart and a great sense of humor.

We are looking for that amazing assistant with great calendar skills in West Hollywood. You will start in the morning at 9:30 in the West Hollywood office. You will start by making tea or coffee for the artist. Check the inventory and the refrigerator as you might need to instacart. Everything gets delivered to the office which needs cataloging, Calendar skills are needed as you will be responsible for keeping his schedule. Errands might be required, or gift buying, or even some dry cleaning errands. The office is gorgeous, the view is great, and you will be working with the other assistant. The artist is not in the office a lot as he is on tour a lot!

We’re working with a creative couple with two wonderful boys, ages 4 and 6. Both parents work full-time and travel regularly for work, so they’re hoping to find a reliable and flexible Family Assistant Nanny who can step in as the right-hand support for their busy household.
The ideal schedule is M-F from 12:00pm to 8:00 p.m., with occasional later evenings and occasional overnights when both parents are traveling. Weekend babysitting would be a huge plus!
During the day, you’ll help manage calendars, run errands, handle family organization, assist with food prep and light housekeeping for the children, and, of course, provide loving, hands-on childcare once the boys are home from school.
A housekeeper comes regularly for deep cleaning, and the family has one small, elderly dog.
The position offers hourly pay via payroll, PTO, and a health stipend, with the possibility of traveling with the family up to 2–3 weeks per year.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience working with children ages 4 and up, a clean background, and excellent references. Reminder, you must be flexible too!

Our wonderful clients in Brentwood have two children — a sweet 2-year-old girl and a baby boy (2 months old). They’re looking for an experienced NCS Nanny to join their family right away!
Schedule (Now through end of 2025):
• Monday: 7am–7pm
• Tuesday–Saturday: 7am–12pm
• Guaranteed 37 hours per week
Long-Term Schedule (Starting January 2026):
• Monday–Friday: 7:30am–5:00pm
• Flexibility to stay late once a week for a date night
• Occasional weekend travel to the family’s home in Ojai (1–2 weekends per month)
If we can find a Nanny who has completed her NCS training and would love to stay on long-term, that’s ideal!

Kindest family with the most darling little girls is looking for an amazing nanny to join their family! The girls are 1, 4.5 and 6 and full of joy. Mom is the nicest person in the world and truly loves being a hands on parent. She is looking for a partner to raise her raise her girls since she can’t be in three places at once and her husband works a lot. They also have two labradoodles (who are like teddybears!,) that are sweet and easy.
Your day to day will include everything for the girls -and it’s tag teaming with the Mom. School pick ups and drop offs, walking the baby to the park, nap time, kid meal prep, swimming, classes, dress up, art projects, kicking the soccer ball around and more. Great if you speak a 2nd language other than English, but it’s not a deal breaker. They have a part time housekeeper who takes care of deep cleaning, but anything related to the children, tidying up their rooms and helping with the girls laundry will be a part of your role as well.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm. It would be great if you live on the westside. Please have an excellent driving record as you’ll be doing the school runs. The girls have energy and we are looking for a nanny who can keep up with them, and be extremely reliable! We are also looking for a travel ready (passport please!) nanny who can be flexible to travel around 3-4 times a year, including domestic and international travel.
