One of our all-time favorite clients is looking for a third Housekeeper to round out their wonderful team. Their two longtime Housekeepers have been with them for 20 and 26 years and may retire in the next several years, so the family is hoping to find someone earlier in her career who can train with the OGs and eventually take the lead when they step back.

This is truly a dream job — here’s why:

• Schedule: Four days a week, approximately 9:00am–5:00pm
• Time Off: One weekday off each week plus weekends off!
• Household: Lovely couple (no kids, no pets)
• Travel: The principals travel 5–6 months per year, and Housekeepers rotate overnight coverage so the home is never empty. Overnights paid: $100 per night
• Compensation: $48 hour plus choice of a health insurance stipend or participation in the group plan

• Location: Santa Monica

They are looking for an extra set of hands to help with household and childcare responsibilities — cleaning, childcare, organizing, errands, meal prep, and more~

About the Role:

• You will tag-team with mom, who is home with the children. She has realistic expectations: if you are busy with the kids, she understands that cleaning may need to wait, and vice versa.
• They are seeking a self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative.
• Occasional travel is required (domestic and international). They are traveling to Mexico over New Year’s and hope to have someone in place by then.
• Flexibility for late evenings may be needed if parents go out, though the typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay (competitive)
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation, paid sick days per LA County law, and six national holidays

A wonderful gentleman with the beginning of Alzhiemers and other assorted ailments needs a caregiver to live in with him in his very cool Brentwood home. HIs kids have been taking care of him and they just can not handle this anymore since they have children of their own. He fell and is on pain meds so we need someone that will be strong enough to make sure he takes them when necessary!! He would need someone comfortable taking him to the dr’s and being an advocate there. It would be helpful if you cook as it will just be the two of you! Our client is adding a housekeeper to their team which is well oiled, service oriented and very happy to be working at this gorgeous estate. The first and most important part of the job is to be a great team player, have humility and be able to take direction from the lead housekeeper. The team is very collaborative, as well as detail oriented. The house is run like a 10 star hotel and we love this team. You MUST be able to travel a few weeks a year and you will be well compensated for that! The schedule is typically 7-3 or 8-4 Thursday – Monday or Sunday- Thursday, although flexibility is important too!! They also might ask you to travel a bit, so please make sure you are able to travel
Benefit package is awesome! 45 an hour
