Very Special Santa Monica Family Seeks Gentle Loving Nanny

Our clients have an delightful daughter who will turn two this fall, and a baby boy, due in September. They would like to find a Nanny with infant and toddler experience who will work M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and be flexible to stay late on occasion if Mom Dad have a date night. Hopefully Nanny can do some traveling too! Mom is home and hands-on, but very busy — so Nanny will sometimes tag-team with Mom, and sometimes work independently, and will be expected to help with light tidying and hopefully food prep too. The dream is a bilingual Nanny who speaks both Spanish to English, and enjoys teaching the babies Español. We would like to find a candidate who either lives near the West side or has experience commuting to the Santa Monica Palisades area. Mom and Dad are very gentle and go-with-the-flow. They are not strict, and do not plan to sleep train or let the babies cry and self-soothe. They prefer that the babies are held and adored! If you are a Nanny who loves rules and discipline and structure — this may not be the job for you. It’s important for these clients to find someone who matches their vibe. 72 Hour Per Weekend Companion Needed for Lovely Lady in Bel Air

We are helping a terrific Lady on the West side find an experienced Companion who can work the entire weekend, Friday 7pm- Monday 7pm, you will live in during your shifts.

Our client has Parkinson’s, anxiety and minimal cognitive impairment. She is surrounded by a loving family and lives as normal a life as possible given her recent decline in health. She enjoys watching good television, good conversation, and most of all — her family. She can still take care of herself (no help is needed to shower etc … ), but she likes to have someone by her side most of the time. Duties are basic companionship, medication management, and light cooking. She is still cautious when it comes to Covid, so it’s important that applicants are fully vaccinated and boosted.

No travel to Italy will be required — there are on-site caregivers — but the LA-based EM will have some oversight and responsibility. The ideal candidate has a pristine background and minimum 5plus years Estate Management experience. Other important attributes are loyalty, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sudden changes and requests with ease and a smile. Candidates must also have excellent tech proficiency. This individual will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the estate, as well as management and supervision for various staff members and vendors. Estate Manager will manage a team of up to ten employees, so please have excellent management skills including the ability to delegate tasks effectively, provide feedback and direction, and maintain a positive work environment. We are holding out for a candidate with a very stable work history, glowing references, and keen attention to detail. A car, insurance, vaccination for Covid, and a valid driver’s license are required for consideration. Ability to travel will be appreciated.

Awesome family in Beverly Hills with three teenagers is looking for a Family Assistant who can work 10 hours per day — Thursday through Sunday. You will typically work 12 hour shifts to care for their three school aged children, but you will be guaranteed 40 hours a week to make this your full time job so you can commit to this family. They also have three dogs, well trained!, so we would love a big animal lover for this role.

There is a great team in place, and in this household, while your role is clearly defined, the right match is a someone with team player mentality. If you see the dishwasher just finished a load, someone who is happy to put the clean dishes away type of thing.

Our client is a busy family with three teenagers in Encino. They have a wonderful full-time Nanny Assistant whose time gets eaten up running the kiddos around so they are finding they need more help! Duties are varied and include house management, scheduling calendaring, travel support, pet care (2 dogs), stocking the household and home studio and more! To start — they will guarantee 20 hours per week, and some (minimal) of the hours can be worked remotely, depending on what’s happening. A typical day will start at around 10:00am — prepping the studio, tidying public areas and knocking things off the to-do list! Candidates should have some house management experience because there are immediate house-related tasks to conquer such as interior to exterior painting and correcting a mudslide issue. Someone with vendor relationships who is good at wrangling quotes will be appreciated here! Candidates should also be kid friendly because many of the to-do’s are related to the teens — whether occasionally driving one of them somewhere if Nanny and Mom are tied up with the others, or filling out camp forms. Please also be discreet! This is a high profile household and the family and their guests appreciate their privacy. You may be asked to monitor emails over the weekend and send the occasional text if there’s a schedule change — but all work will be compensated!
