We have very busy entertainment parents who need help with their 7th grade daughter and 9th grade son. Both kids go to school Westside. The family is looking for someone with big sister vibes who drives and has a car. The kids are at two different schools and so there are pick ups and drop offs, meal prep for dinner ( mom needs someone who can cook in a pinch but it is mostly meal prep, calendars for the kids and the parents. Our clients are kind and lovely! The daughter has a beautiful home in Santa Monica, and Mom lives in a Casita on the property. They are looking for two days a week — Monday and Friday are the ideal days, but they are open to other configurations. Right now, the sheets are pressed at the cleaners, but they would appreciate having a Housekeeper who can iron the sheets in addition to performing general housekeeping, running errands, doing laundry and sweeping leaves off the patio. We are hoping to find a candidate who will enjoy earning additional money by helping at the occasional dinner party. The homeowner travels a lot for work. There are no children and no pets. If you are looking for a peaceful job where you will be appreciated — this is it! Hours can be in the area of 7:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm. Pay is via payroll or personal check.

• Assist in Department hiring.
• Review tax projections and quarterly estimates.
• Attend CPE and in-house tax workshops.
• Network and participate in professional groups societies.
• Work extended overtime hours as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Our client has a huge estate and is looking for someone to keep it going! We would love to see an experienced house manager for this role, who lives close by or ideally, in the west valley. You will work closely with security, a remote assistant and the business office to make sure everything is running smoothly in the home.

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm with flexibility as emergencies arise. Some weeks you’ll be on property 5 days a week, however most will average 3-4 days a week. We need someone who is a great communicator, understands how to give our client privacy and loves dogs as there are several!

Please have experience:
• creating and maintaining a house manual
• doing checks on the property to ensure everything works
• trouble shooting with smart home technology
• turning off and on saunas, spas, exercise equipment etc.
• overseeing all vendors and managing repairs
