Our client’s housekeeper is having twins, and we are looking for a wonderful Housekeeper who can start training in April and stay on to cover her until she returns from maternity leave in late summer. All told —this opening will last about three months, possibly longer. You will work a LOT of hours. The schedule on Monday and Tuesday is 7:00am to 10:00pm, Wednesday to Thursday are OFF, Saturday you work from 7:00am to 10pm, and Sundays are typically 7:00am to 5:00pm. Applicants must be Covid vaccinated and have a clean driving record. Pay is $35-$45 hour on payroll plus overtime — and meals are provided! There are two Housekeepers total, a Chef and a wonderful Estate Manager on the staff. Duties are pet care for two dogs and two birds, light cooking (breakfast and snacks), driving and cleaning. He wants to be able to just say things once and know they will be handled. Someone who gets on things right away. He appreciates attention to detail, double and triple checking details, and things getting handled right away with progress reports and confirmation of completion. Your main responsibilities will be managing the calendar, reservations, phones, travel arrangements and itineraries, expenses, doctors appointments, managing his extensive art collection, coordination with the house and his wife’s PA, etc. It’s a mixture of business and personal but mostly personal. Please be tech savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite and be up to date with general office tech.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-4pm out of the lovely Beverly Hills office. This is for a career EA who enjoys the day to day admin work who is looking for a stabile, long term opportunity. This is an hourly role, DOE.

Young new Parents are looking for a Mature trustline registered and CPR trained nanny. We are looking for someone on the quiet side. The parents are quiet people. Baby will be born in mid April and we are trying to find the right candidate who is very flexible to start late April or even Early May . There is a NCS in the beginning that will cover nights.
The parents have big jobs and need someone who can stay for a date night, and be flexible to travel with very little notice. This is a very adventurous family that is looking for candidates with passports. One nanny has already been hired.
Second nanny’s schedule is as follows:
Sunday 10 am – 6 p.m.
monday 10 am -730 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday 1 p.m. – 730 p.m.
Thursday 130 p.m. 730 p.m.

Other information: 40 hours plus overtime, , paid vacation, sick days and holidays.
Must be able to travel international and be flexible with last minute travel! Your job will also be helping at the home: family assistant errands, some vendors etc

Our client has three kiddos — a boy in early elementary, and 3 y o twins who will be starting pre-school in September. The family has a team of two Nannies who rotate four days on and four days off. One week, you work Monday through Thursday, and the next week — the schedule will be bumped up a day — and so on. This means each Nanny will have some weekends off — some weekends, each Nanny will work one day, and some weeks, one Nanny will end up covering both weekend days, and will have two consecutive weekdays off. The family travels about 11 times a year, and 2-3 of the trips are international, so this is a position for a Nanny who loves to travel and is able to travel in and out of the country. The typical hours are 11:00am to 7:30 8:00pm on the weekend days, and 7:00am-7:00pm on the weekend days, with a 40 hour per week guarantee. There is a full-time Housekeeper, but the Nannies are expected to help keep the house tidy, especially while the kids are in school. Also of note — the family has a large dog, so applicants should be pet friendly. This is a position for a Nanny who enjoys traveling, is a team player, and can be FLEXIBLE. We have some big shoes to fill here, so we are looking for a super special candidate who genuinely enjoys being with tweens and teens. This is a busy yet laid-back house in which loyalty is appreciated. There is a Nanny car for use on-the-job, and lots of driving required, so your driving record will be scrutinized! There’s also one big doggie who has a dog-walker, but can always use a little extra TLC so please be pet-friendly too. Duties in this home run the gamut from supervising homework and helping with light cooking, to keeping the house stocked, marketing — and so much more. There are two Housekeepers on the staff, but help with tidying is also important, as is the ability to house-sit while the family is away. There is less hands-on childcare to perform now that the children are older, but plenty to do to stay busy! We want one that has excellent English, has worked in large scale houses before and has at least 15 years of experience with higher profile clients.
Our home is large with lots of stairs – we need someone who is high energy and capable for a house this size with three floors.
House space is 10,000 plus square feet but mostly it is just my husband and myself and two golden retrievers.
Family comes in and out here and there. We have found one housekeeper can easily manage this house full time.
If need be we throw in a service at times when necessary if she would like some help, especially after large events.
There is a wonderful team to help – from handy man and window cleaners to other helpers when necessary.
We would love someone that is prompt and proud that is looking for a stable and kind family.
We send a lot to the cleaners – laundry is a necessity but not heavy.
We have VERY LITTLE ironing to do.
We like someone who is self sufficient knows what they are doing and does it well.
We want someone with a cheery disposition who gets along with others.
Folding clothes well and organization skills needed.
We would love someone that loves to make a beautiful bed!
We have two dogs – sweet. We need someone comfortable with dogs.
