We are assisting a wonderful family in Los Feliz Oaks in finding a replacement for their cherished nanny of four years, who is relocating out of state. The family has two children: a 4-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. The daughter has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety, so the family seeks a nanny experienced in managing the associated behavioral challenges and who has a compassionate heart for children facing such struggles. 

Both children are fun-loving, humorous, and inquisitive. The parents are highly regarded by their current nanny, a favorite of the Help Company, and are described as excellent employers. While both parents work from home, they respect the nanny’s role and do not interfere with established boundaries. 

 The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable collaborating with the parents as they adjust to the new diagnosis. The family values stability and is looking for someone with a history of long-term commitments in previous roles, aiming to restore harmony in their home swiftly after their current nanny’s departure. 

The position offers a negotiable schedule, ideally Monday to Friday from 11 to 7 or 1 to 9.
While not mandatory, an interest in organization, cooking, or meal planning is a plus. The family enjoys traveling and would appreciate a nanny who can occasionally accompany them on both domestic and international trips, as well as provide overnight care when the parents are away on couples’ trips.

Wonderful Bay Area Family with a new baby due November 30th seek to hire a team of expert child caregivers to begin work on November 22nd.

We are seeking to fill (2) NCS slots and (2) long-term Nanny slots.

The NCS’s will work night-shifts and the Nannies will cover the day-shifts. The NCS’s will rest sleep in the Nanny’s room during the day while the Nanny works, and vice versa. The week on off rotating NCS’s will stay on until the infant is sleeping through the night at approximately three months of age, and possibly older. The Nannies will continue to rotate week on week off until the baby turns 12-18 months old, at which point, they will switch to a two week on off rotational schedule. NCS’s should be certified and have minimum 8plus years NCS experience. Nanny applicants must have previous experience with infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children. Child development or ECE degree holders preferred.

The schedule is a dream, Monday Wednesday and -Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm! Please have at least 10plus years of experience in a fine home. There are many delicate items in this home, so we would like to know that you are comfortable and familiar working in homes with valuable art, delicate linens and supporting clients who like things done a certain way.

We are looking for a housekeeper who is great with ironing as the sheets are ironed in house, and some clothing as well. There is a great press to do the ironing with!

Wonderful couple in the Palos Verdes seeks an energetic Personal Executive Assistant to join their staff and assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a beautiful home and a family office as well as an additional property in Hawaii. This is very much a hybrid role in that you split your responsibilities for your Executive’s home and business life! Most weeks you’ll work from her home and the family office. (Two different locations, Palos Verdes is the home, the office is close by in Long Beach.)

The ideal candidate has a pristine background and minimum 5 plus years Assistant experience. Other important attributes are loyalty, excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sudden changes and requests with ease and a smile. Candidates must also have excellent tech proficiency. This individual will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the estate, as well as management and light supervision for various staff members who have been with the family for many years and vendors.

This is an energetic household! While most of the children are off at college, there is still one left in high school, and others coming home for vacation. It’s a tight knit family with functions and many happenings.

You will help manage a few household employees and also help at the family office. The Wife and Husband use both PCs and MACs, please be proficient in both, and be able to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, research and problem solve. We are looking for a candidate with amazing problem solving abilities and the desire to work long term with a great down to earth family. Hours on site are typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, though if you’re an early bird, some days you’ll be able to work 7-4pm.
