Family in Bel air has a 3 year old girl. Schedule is 12 – 13 hours per day. Parents need help with the child as well as the family assistant errands. We are looking for someone who is great with this age, family has a car for you to drive. Mom and Dad would like someone super flexible who can stay late if there is a dinner and work an occasional weekend. Must have up to date CPR and have true career nanny experience with 3-5 years of references. Ideally the family wants a native english speaker and college educated. The Family wants someone who is experienced in helping nurture a toddler’s emotional and mental development and is always seeking out new experiences for the child like music, art, hikes, nature exploration, etc. Please reach out. This lovely family is coming to stay at Grandma’s for about 5 months and is looking for the best Nanny they can find to create a loving environment and prep their little one for Montessori preschool in the fall. They will be staying at Grandma’s during this time, so it will be a fun family affair! Please be dog friendly as there are two in the home. Mom and Dad would love help with kids laundry, food prep and tidying up the child’s room and play areas.

Skills Experience:

• Valid driving license with no accidents reported, and a car in great shape, with four doors
• At least 3 years of nanny experience
• Physically fit and likes to play sports
• Likes to cook and has an interest in preparing healthy food
• Has a high EQ and interest in child development and psychology.
• Truly has an interest in hanging out with our child and makes her feel like she matters and is special.
• Happy to be off screens and only use cell phones if really needed

Our client is a super cool single Mama who shares custody of her two boys; ages 6 to 9. She is looking for a Family Assistant who loves TRAVELING! The schedule alternates every other week. Week #1 is Fri Sat Sun Mon Tues with Wed Th OFF and week #2 is Sun Mon Tues Wed Th with Fri Sat OFF The hours are 1pm-9pm. Expect to travel two months a year — never for more than 2 weeks at a time. Pay is via payroll with health and dental insurance and paid time off (sick days, holidays, vacation days). Duties are driving the boys from school to activities and handling all sorts of kid-related tasks (calendaring, organizing etc.); however, the boys spend a good deal of time with their dad — so the assisting portion of this job is slightly larger than the childcare component is. Mom needs help staying organized! Please expect a mix of errands, organization, child to pet care (there’s a cute Australian shepherd), house management and more! The ideal candidate never says: “This is not my job!” There’s a full-time Housekeeper, but please don’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in if additional help is needed. You love managing calendars and are excited to handle both the business and personal calendars of our client. You have wonderful attention to detail and take pride in triple checking things. You will manage a couple email accounts and be on top of communication for your boss.

Your days will start just before 9am and end about 6pm at the office design studio in West Hollywood. You’ll be asked to run errands as needed and function as an essential liaison to all the details to manage your boss’ life. You might research a gorgeous holiday gift while planning a vacation, keeping his schedule going and preparing a document for a client’s new home.

Everyday is an adventure and we need someone who is excited to be apart of this special world. Ideally, you also speak a bit of Spanish but it is not a deal breaker if you do not.

Our client is offering $65,000 a year to start — when you prove yourself after a 3 month trial, you will earn a raise after 3 months to $70,000.

Benefits start after 90 days and include: sick days, PTO, health and dental, no vision. The office typically closes between Christmas and New Years which do not count from your PTO 🙂

You will start your day at the Brentwood home organizing, running errands and getting snacks ready.
