This busy household is looking for a great full charge housekeeper Tuesday-Saturday. You will work in tandem with another housekeeper to clean this 10,000 sq foot home. They have two young children and two dogs, it’s a busy home! Please love dogs, as part of your job will be to walk the dogs in the morning when you arrive, and once before you leave — they have one small, and one medium dog – both friendly!

The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 8am – 4:30pm with a lunch break. This family is offering $40-50 an hour plus a stipend to help cover your health insurance.

Private Family in Venice needs nanny for baby girl

Young new Parents are looking for a Mature trustline registered and CPR trained nanny. Strong, recent newborn experience is a must (though NCS not required). We are looking for someone on the quiet side who respects the parents’ privacy and desire for some alone time. Baby was born mid-April and the family is looking for someone to start ASAP. There is a NCS in the beginning that will cover nights.

The parents have big jobs and need someone who can stay for a date night, and be flexible to travel with very little notice. This is a very adventurous family that is looking for candidates with passports. Flexibility, a calm demeanor and a go with the flow attitude are key to success in this role. One nanny has already been hired. The parents have a history of longevity with their staff and would love to find someone to grow with the family!

Sunday Off
Monday Off
Tuesday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Other information: Guaranteed 40 hours week plus overtime opportunities, paid vacation, sick days and holidays.
Must be able to travel international and be flexible with last minute travel! Your job will also be helping at the home: help with cooking healthy meals including for the parents, family assistant errands, walking the dog, some vendors etc

A single client in Beverly Hills is seeking a third housekeeper to join their team. The home is just under 30,000 sf, and as such are seeking a top notch, seasoned professional, who knows all of the ins and outs of how to keep an estate clean, tidy, organized, and running efficiently. Although this is a large home, only certain areas are used regularly (approximately 4-5 rooms).

MUST have experience working in a high end home, preferably for a HNW principal. A no task is too big or small attitude is of the utmost importance — no drama, no gossip — only true team players with positive energy and good presentation will be considered. The principal appreciates their home being maintained at a 5-star level — must have a keen eye for detail and a true understanding of how to care for a high end estate.

The ideal candidate is an Executive – level housekeeper who enjoys being of service, truly loves their job, takes pride in their work, and leaves no stone unturned. MUST enjoy cooking and be comfortable in the kitchen. The principal loves to cook and will need your assistance from time to time. Ideally you can prep meat, grill a steak, and know how to make a charcuterie spread!

Our amazing clients are looking for a Dogsitter and Personal Assistant who can care for their adorable Weimaraner dog! The schedule is Monday-Friday, 4pm-9pm, if you are able to do this 6 days a week, that would be a plus, but it’s not a deal breaker.

They have a full time housekeeper who works the days, but as the couple both have demanding jobs, they can’t always be home in time for their adorable dog’s afternoon needs. You will oversee feeding, walking, playing and giving him attention! Huge plus is someone who would be happy to occasionally cook simple dinners from the client’s recipes: grilled chicken, salads, fish, rice, etc.

We would love to find an assistant who loves dogs, and either works close to Beverly Hills during the day and is looking for extra hours OR a total dog lover who is happy to help keep a home tidy and also help cook healthy meals on occasion for this client.

Our client has Parkinson’s, anxiety and minimal cognitive impairment. She is surrounded by a loving family and lives as normal a life as possible given her recent decline in health. She enjoys watching good television, good conversation, and most of all — her family. She can still take care of herself (no help is needed to shower etc … ), but she likes to have someone by her side most of the time. Duties are basic companionship, medication management, and light cooking. She is still cautious when it comes to Covid, so it’s important that applicants are fully vaccinated and boosted.
