You will be joining a small and might team that services some of the top names in sports, as well as other interesting HNW individuals! They are growing, and ready to add a new member to their team. We are looking to hire a coordinator or junior business manager who is already in business management, and would bring their established skillset and contacts. As this is a remote role, you must have impeccable communication and be hyper organized. You will be a liaison between many folks, prioritization is another key skill we are looking for. Your day to day will include future business planning, operations, reporting, compliance, risk management, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Supervise and mentor designated Client Service Team staff.
• Communicate with Partners, staff, and clients regarding business management and
financial matters.
• Delegate work amongst Client Service Team staff.
• Assist Partners with special projects, including but not limited to, real estate transactions,
cost analysis, and customized financial reporting.
• Attend and conduct client financial meetings.
• Review client meeting packages for accuracy and content.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and final product documentation.
• Assist Partners in analyzing client performance and forecasting.
• Participate in performance review of staff.
• Assist Partners in potential new client due diligence.
• Assist in Department hiring.
• Review tax projections and quarterly estimates.
• Attend CPE and in-house tax workshops.
• Network and participate in professional groups societies.
• Work extended overtime hours as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Our client has a huge estate and is looking for someone to keep it going! We would love to see an experienced house manager for this role, who lives close by or ideally, in the west valley. You will work closely with security, a remote assistant and the business office to make sure everything is running smoothly in the home.

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, about 9am-6pm with flexibility as emergencies arise. Some weeks you’ll be on property 5 days a week, however most will average 3-4 days a week. We need someone who is a great communicator, understands how to give our client privacy and loves dogs as there are several!

Please have experience:
• creating and maintaining a house manual
• doing checks on the property to ensure everything works
• trouble shooting with smart home technology
• turning off and on saunas, spas, exercise equipment etc.
• overseeing all vendors and managing repairs

We are looking for a kind, warm, patient person who has exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Young new Parents are looking for a Mature trustline registered and CPR trained nanny. We are looking for someone on the quiet side. The parents are quiet people. Baby will be born in mid April and we are trying to find the right candidate who is very flexible to start late April or even Early May . There is a NCS in the beginning that will cover nights.
The parents have big jobs and need someone who can stay for a date night, and be flexible to travel with very little notice. This is a very adventurous family that is looking for candidates with passports. One nanny has already been hired.
Second nanny’s schedule is as follows:
Sunday 10 am – 6 p.m.
monday 10 am -730 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday 1 p.m. – 730 p.m.
Thursday 130 p.m. 730 p.m.

Other information: 40 hours plus overtime, , paid vacation, sick days and holidays.
Must be able to travel international and be flexible with last minute travel! Your job will also be helping at the home: family assistant errands, some vendors etc
