We are in search of an experienced nanny who has expertise in RIE, gentle parenting, and Montessori principles, particularly with recent experience caring for infants. The baby girl is currently 11 months old, and both parents work demanding jobs from home. We are seeking an individual who can provide hands-on care and attention. The schedule will be Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 p.m.. Some days may be only childcare, some days may be help with laundry and some light kitchen clean up, organizing or meal prep. We are looking for someone $35 per hour. Parents give paid vacation, sick days and paid holidays.

Two Rotational Nannies needed in Hermosa

Child Care: Primary responsibility for the care of an 8-month-old baby boy, assisting in developmental milestones such as crawling and walking.

Rotation Schedule: Work in rotation with another nanny to ensure 24 7 coverage, living in with the family during your shift. Family has not defined yet if the schedule is one week on, one week off or two weeks on off

Travel: Must have a car, valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel, mostly domestic, including visits to the family’s vacation home for holidays and in summer

Activities: Plan and engage in creative and stimulating activities, including walks, park visits, and classes for the baby.

Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for regular updates on the baby’s activities, milestones, and any concerns.

Self-Starter: Take initiative in organizing age-appropriate activities and creating a nurturing environment for the baby.

Busy single mom needs a fantastic nanny to help her manage the busy after school days! The boys are 3, 5 and 8 years old. They are full of energy, and we would love a great nanny who knows how to be active to engage the boys with physical and mental activities! The schedule will be Monday-Friday, from 1:30-9pm — if you prefer to do 12-8pm on Fridays, that works. It would be amazing if you can do some sleepovers when mom travels.

The family keeps kosher, and we would love a nanny familiar with kosher traditions, or a nanny that is happy to learn! The family appreciates Waldorf and promoting education. The boys are very high energy and sweet, but they are smart and learning how to push boundaries, so we need a nanny comfortable at teaching how to be respectful of boundaries. There is also a fun and sweet family dog who is very well trained. There are currently other staff in the house, an early morning nanny and weekend help as well.
