Seeking a dedicated Wellness Personal Assistant to provide personalized guidance and support for two individuals on their wellness journeys in Topanga. Your responsibilities will include implementing customized wellness plans from functional medicine doctors and nutritionists, offering advice on nutrition and exercise, and assisting clients in setting and achieving their wellness goals, and coordinating care appointments as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in health and wellness, nursing or medical care, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to empathetically advise on and anticipate the needs of the clients.

Responsibilities:
● Implement and oversee customized Wellness plans for Principals, manage supplements and medications
● Advise on nutrition and exercise for optimal health, work closely with partners in this field
● Manage and track all Wellness goals and appointments
● Provide ad-hoc Wellness support and guidance as needed
● Complete intake forms for medical providers and manage sensitive health care information

Qualifications:
● Someone with a nutritional background, could be a yoga teacher, registered dietitian, nurse, etc – we are looking for someone with an expertise in supplement and medication management
● Passion for Health and Wellness, certification in yoga or relevant discipline is a plus
● Ability to motivate, encourage and support goals
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the client’s privacy with a compassionate and understanding demeanor
● Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to the changing needs and preferences of the client.
● Proactive in identifying and responding to the client’s needs and preferences.

Specifics:
● 2 days a week onsite in Topanga, remote as needed
● 10 hours a week, (can be split between 2 days, or possibly one long day,) $50 hr

The Principals are looking for a driven professional who understands and appreciates the importance of high-level service. They are seeking a hyper-organized individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills to ensure smooth sailing across their personal and professional lives and to act as their trusted extension. The individual should have a no-task-is-too-small mentality, be able to anticipate the needs of the Principals and to execute projects with precision and discretion. Additionally, the candidate should present well, be respectful of employer boundaries and have a cultural pulse on all things including restaurants, stores and entertainment that might be of interest to the Principals. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings an expertise in project management.

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining personal and work calendars for Principals
• Interfacing with vendors and service providers and managing payments
• Booking travel, online ordering, and local errands in Los Angeles
• Keeping track of personal and business ToDos for 2 Principals
• As-needed in-person support with home and office organization
• General home office support
• Miscellaneous personal and professional tasks as they arise
• Assist with mail and returns, unboxing deliveries, selling clothes, running errands, getting groceries, dry cleaning, selling items on OfferUp, etc. This also includes overseeing orders all the way through — personal and business items, home items repairs.

Qualifications:
• Must be comfortable with dogs
Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• High level of professionalism and able to assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
Work independently but also take direction well
• Tech Savvy – Experience with G-suite and Monday.com preferred.
• Resourceful in terms of internet search and online shopping.
• Flexible and able to accommodate spontaneous changes to routines and plans.

Specifics:
• 5 days a week in Topanga, and remote when Principals travel; occasional weekend days
• Available to respond via text after hours, especially when principals are traveling

• Salary: $80,000 DOE plus benefits after 3 months of employment

We adore these long time clients of ours! The parents are thoughtful intellectual entrepreneurs who are busy running their businesses and enjoy spending as much time as they can with their children when they’re not working. However, they are busy, and know it takes a village to raise their daughters, so they are looking for an amazing partner to come in and be that special person during the week who can manage all of the organization and after school needs for their family. Their beloved nanny of 10 years is leaving after an amazing run to start over with younger children, so it’s a natural change on good terms. Now that these girls are 11 and 13, the parents would love to find someone who is excited to be more of a mentor extended family member, and be their amazing family assistant.

You will be in charge of groceries, the girls’ laundry, making healthy kids meals and snacks, researching any summer activities as needed, being a thoughtful and fun adult that the girls enjoy spending time with, and that person the parents can trust to make any decision.

The ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, 12-8pm and if one of the girls is sick, that you could come earlier to stay home with her if one of the parents can’t be there. Typically, one of the parents works from home, but they just like to have coverage. There might be a few times a year the parents need help with you sleeping over, but it’s rare. No travel needed, and they do not have any pets in the home.

We would love to see that you have stayed long term in your previous roles, are tech savvy, intuitive with your communication and have a huge heart. You will be joining this family at an exciting time in their lives, the girls are doing great in school, and as the school work gets more rigorous, the parents would love for the children to also find time outside of school to play, and run around outside.

The family is offering $40-45 an hour DOE, and they will help with health insurance. Other benefits include paid vacation, holidays and sick days. Please be able to pass a background check and have a clear driving record.
